基于统计方法的专家序结果集结方法及应用

【摘要】:在排序群决策中,若专家由于投入不足或对某方案的特别偏爱等主观原因引起方案排序结果非随机偏差的增加,则这些专家排序结果的位次总偏差(随机误差加非随机偏差之和)必偏大。文章基于专家排序结果位次总偏差的T统计量计算各专家排序结果的信度。根据方案在各位次的总偏差计算各方案的可接受位次集,然后,给出综合专家信度和方案可接受位次集的序结果集结方法。最后,通过一个实例详细叙述了该方法的应用。
[Abstract]:In order group decision making, if the experts cause the increase of non-random deviation due to some subjective reasons, such as insufficient investment or special preference for a certain scheme, Then the order total deviation (the sum of random error plus non-random deviation) of these expert ranking results must be larger. Based on the T statistics of the total deviation of the expert ranking results, the reliability of each expert ranking result is calculated. According to the total deviation of the scheme in each order, the acceptable order set of each scheme is calculated. Then, the method of synthesizing the expert reliability and the order result aggregation of the acceptable order set of the scheme is given. Finally, the application of this method is described in detail by an example.
