组织情绪形成中领导的“五宜”与“五忌”

【摘要】:正人的情绪具有传染性,特别是焦躁、烦闷、低落等消极情绪,传播速度较快。一旦消极情绪成为整个组织内部绝大多数人共有的情绪,就会消耗整个组织的凝聚力和战斗力。领导者是整个团队的核心人物,对组织情绪的形成负有不可推卸的引领责任。规避消极的组织情绪,营建积极的组织情绪,领导者责无旁贷。分析消极
[Abstract]:Positive people's emotions are contagious, especially irritability, boredom, depression and other negative emotions, spread faster.
