科学发展观视野中的管理理念与领导素质

【摘要】：科学发展观对管理理念与领导素质提出了新要求。首先探究科学发展观的逻辑结构,创建基于科学发展观的管理理念新构架;然后,提出基于科学发展观管理理念的领导素质新要求和领导力发展新思维。
[Abstract]:The scientific view of development puts forward new requirements for management concept and leadership quality. This paper first explores the logical structure of the scientific development concept and creates a new framework of the management concept based on the scientific development view, and then puts forward the new requirements of leadership quality and the new thinking of leadership development based on the management concept of the scientific development view.
