基于决策者偏好信息的合作伙伴选择决策模型

【摘要】：合作伙伴的选择对整个供应链的绩效有着重要的影响,针对这一重要问题,提出了基于决策者偏好信息的合作伙伴选择决策模型。通过充分利用决策者对评价指标的偏好、决策者对评价指标权重产生方式的偏好和决策者对决策制定方式的偏好等三种重要偏好信息,充分考虑了决策相关的各个方面标准的主观性特点,更好地代表了决策的真实环境,其得到的结论更实际地反映了潜在合作伙伴间的差别。最后通过实例说明了模型的有效性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Partner selection has an important impact on the performance of the whole supply chain. In order to solve this important problem, a partner selection decision model based on decision maker preference information is proposed. By making full use of three important preference information, such as the preference of the decision maker for the evaluation index, the preference of the decision maker for the way the weight of the evaluation index is generated and the preference of the decision maker for the decision making mode, The subjective characteristics of all aspects of decision-making standards are fully considered, which better represents the real environment of decision-making, and the conclusions obtained reflect the differences between potential partners more realistically. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and maneuverability of the model.
