领导力与领导风格相匹配的研究

【摘要】:世界上没有最好的领导方法,只有最合适的。要使管理更为有效,需要灵活运用领导风格。最关键的是能根据不同的情况使用不同的领导风格。 本文主要讨论和阐述了领导力与领导风格相匹配的关系。文章先从领导力和领导风格的概念入手,厘清了两者匹配的内涵所在。然后文章重点阐述了领导力与领导风格相匹配的建构。文章从四个方面加以阐述,分别是:一是基于组织形态下的匹配建构;二是基于领导对象的匹配建构;三是基于领导情形的匹配建构;四是基于领导班子的匹配建构。接下来文章考察了我国高新区目前的领导力与领导风格相匹配的建设现状。文章最后以襄阳高新区的领导班子为例,分析了领导班子在领导力与领导风格建设中存在的问题。针对问题,文章提出了改进措施。
[Abstract]:There is no best way to lead in the world, only the most appropriate. In order to make management more effective, it is necessary to use leadership style flexibly. The most important thing is to be able to use different leadership styles according to different situations. This paper mainly discusses and expounds the relationship between leadership and leadership style. Starting with the concepts of leadership and leadership style, this paper clarifies the connotation of the matching between the two. Then the article focuses on the construction of the matching between leadership and leadership style. This paper expounds from four aspects: one is based on the matching construction under the organizational form; the other is based on the matching construction of the leading object; the third is based on the matching construction of the leadership situation; the fourth is based on the matching construction of the leading group. Next, the article examines the current situation of leadership and leadership style matching in high-tech zones in China. Finally, taking the leading group of Xiangyang High-tech Zone as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of leadership and leadership style. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward some improvement measures.
