【摘要】:当今世界的竞争已经成为供应链之间的竞争,在互联网与物流环境飞速发展的背景下,人们对产品的质量要求以及个性化需求越来越高,质量、时间、个性化需求逐渐成为产品营销的关键,供应链的管理在与时俱进的同时面临着越来越多的挑战。供应链绩效评价是供应链管理的有效手段,不仅可以掌握供应链管理的绩效水平,还能通过评价明确供应链的故障,利于供应链稳态、健康、可持续地发展。本文在此背景下,对供应链评价模型、评价指标、评价方法分别进行研究。本文在掌握供应链整体绩效水平的目标下建立了整体供应链绩效评价指标体系,主要从可靠性、成本与盈利、柔性、协同性、学习与创新五个方面建立相应的评价指标。并以诊断供应链故障为目标建立了环节供应链绩效评价指标体系,以预测与计划、订单、采购、生产、运输、配送、销售七个环节作为供应链子系统,对供应链的各环节逐一进行诊断,同样从五个方面建立各供应链子系统的二级指标。通过对各类神经网络算法的研究,确定BP神经网络算法作为评价方法,在该算法基础上增加动量因子改变学习速率,优化学习过程。最后以Matlab为运算环境,运用改进的BP神经网络算法对X汽车公司供应链系统的生产环节进行诊断,为了使评价结果更具客观性,将其细分为标杆+、标杆、标杆-等评价等级。依据诊断结果建立标杆、优化、警告、否决四种机制。对于非标杆诊断结果的对象,运用失效模式与后果分析法对供应链系统或环节进行失效原因(故障模式)分析,将故障分为共通性故障和特殊性故障,相应地建立共通性修复决策库和特殊性修复决策库,并针对X汽车公司生产环节的问题进提出相应的修复决策。
[Abstract]:In today's world of competition has become the competition between supply chains, with the rapid development of Internet and logistics environment, people with higher quality requirements for the products and personalized demand quality, time, personalized demand has gradually become the key of product marketing, supply chain management is facing more and more challenges in the times at the same time. The performance evaluation of supply chain is an effective means of supply chain management, not only can grasp the performance of the supply chain management level, but also through the fault clear evaluation of the supply chain, the supply chain to steady, healthy and sustainable development. Based on this background, the supply chain evaluation model, evaluation index, evaluation method research were established in this paper. The performance evaluation index system of the whole supply chain in mastering the overall performance level of supply chain target, mainly from the reliability, cost and profit, flexible, collaborative And establish the corresponding evaluation index from five aspects of learning and innovation. To establish the performance evaluation index system of the supply chain and the supply chain as the goal of fault diagnosis, to forecast and plan, orders, procurement, production, transportation, distribution, sales of seven as part of the supply chain system, each link of the supply chain one by one for diagnosis, two indicators also established the supply chain system from five aspects. Through the research of neural network algorithm, BP neural network algorithm as the evaluation method on the basis of the algorithm increases the momentum factor change learning rate, optimize the learning process. Finally, with Matlab as the computing environment, the diagnosis by BP the improved neural network algorithm for X automotive supply chain system of the production, in order to make the evaluation results more objective, divides it into benchmark + benchmark, benchmark - built according to the diagnosis evaluation grade. Establish a benchmark, optimization, warning, the four veto mechanism. For non benchmarking diagnosis results, using failure mode and effect analysis of the failure reason of the supply chain system or link (failure mode analysis), the fault is divided into common faults and special fault, establishes common decision-making base and special repair repair decision-making base for the production processes, and problems of the X Automobile Corporation into the proposed repair decision-making.
