【摘要】：随着人们生活水平的不断提高和营养膳食健康观念的增强,食用菌产品越来越受到消费者的关注和喜爱,食用菌产品市场需求也越来越大。食用菌产业作为吉林省园艺特产业的支柱产业之一,具有比较优势突出、栽培周期短、成本低、经济价值高等特点。吉林省食用菌产业的发展,不仅对吉林省农业产业结构调整、农民收入的增加以及解决农村剩余劳动力转移具有重要意义,还能够实现社会、经济和生态效益的统一。本文在实地调研的基础上,通过客观分析吉林省食用菌产业发展的现状,找出吉林省食用菌产业发展具有的优势,存在的劣势,面临的机遇和潜在的威胁,得出结论并提出促进吉林省食用菌产业发展的对策建议,以进一步提升吉林省食用菌产业的市场竞争力,为政府和相关部门决策提供参考性依据。具体研究内容如下:第一章导论。主要是对本文的研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究方法、数据来源,同时对国内外相关研究的成果做出综述,为本文研究的展开做好铺垫工作。第二章吉林省食用菌产业发展现状的分析。通过阐述吉林省食用菌产业历年来的生产情况,对比吉林省食用菌生产在全国及东北三省的地位状况,全面客观地评价吉林省食用菌产业发展的现状及水平。第三章吉林省食用菌产业的SWOT分析。运用SWOT分析方法,针对吉林省食用菌产业发展现状进行分析,发掘食用菌产业发展过程中的资源环境、原料储备、产业基础、人才科技、低劳动力成本及政策环境等优势;找出存在的食用菌产业链条短,产品附加值低;科技研发水平低,种植及管理人才缺乏;销售渠道过于狭窄,面临市场价格波动的风险较大;市场管理体制不健全,物流服务水平粗放;资源再利用率低,生态环境保护不够等问题;剖析面临的产品的经济和生态价值日益显现、政府越来越重视、科研院所的智力支持、市场消费需求巨大的机遇,以及要迎接劳动力低成本优势渐趋弱化、资源循环利用效果差、食品安全问题及市场竞争日益激烈的挑战。第四章吉林省食用菌产业发展决策建议的提出。当前吉林省食用菌产业的发展应该进行产业发展集约化,促进食用菌产业提质增效;管理服务优质化,搞好产业发展软环境建设;科技投入扩大化,提高产业发展技术含量;重视原生态食用菌生产,加大野生菌资源保护;提高立法及检测检验水平,完善食用菌产品质量标准体系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the enhancement of the concept of nutritional diet health, edible fungus products have been more and more concerned and loved by consumers. As one of the pillar industries of special horticultural industry in Jilin Province, the edible fungus industry has outstanding comparative advantages, short cultivation period and low cost. The development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province is not only of great significance to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the increase of farmers' income and the solution to the transfer of rural surplus labor force. Also can realize the unity of social, economic and ecological benefits. On the basis of field investigation, this paper finds out the advantages of the development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province through the objective analysis of the current situation of edible fungus industry development in Jilin Province. In order to further enhance the market competitiveness of the edible fungus industry in Jilin Province, the disadvantages, opportunities and potential threats are reached and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province are put forward in order to further enhance the market competitiveness of the edible fungus industry in Jilin Province. For the government and relevant departments to provide a reference basis for decision-making. The specific content of the study is as follows: chapter 1 introduction. The main research background, research purpose and significance, research methods, data sources. At the same time, the domestic and foreign related research results are summarized. The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province. Through elaborating the production situation of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province over the years. Comprehensive and objective evaluation of the status quo and level of edible fungus industry development in Jilin Province. Chapter 3: SWOT analysis of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province. The current development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province should be intensive industrial development. To promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of edible fungus industry; Improve the quality of management services and do a good job in the construction of soft environment for industrial development; Expand the input of science and technology to improve the technological content of industrial development; Attach importance to the production of protoecological edible fungi and increase the protection of wild fungi resources; Improve legislation and inspection level, improve the quality standard system of edible fungus products.
