【摘要】：从各国、各地区粮食物流产业发展的过程来看,发现其中一个共同点即都逐步建立起了现代的粮食物流产业体系,黑龙江作为一个粮食大省,有着先天自然环境和气候,有被称为“天然肥料”的黑土地,无论在粮食品质和种类上都在全国享有名誉,因此在对黑龙江的粮食需求上有着很大的广阔市场,可是由于黑龙江省的粮食物流的运输方式还比较传统,配套的粮食物流运输设施还不太健全,拥有实力的粮食物流企业不多,粮食储备的库存能力还有待提高,这些直接导致了黑龙江省的粮食运不出去的困境,限制了黑龙江省经济发展和农民增收,因此走出一条符合黑龙江省粮食物流产业自身特点的道路更显得尤为重要。牡丹江市作为黑龙江省的一个地级市,连接着全省的粮食产区和销区的一个关键节点,其物流特点在黑龙江整体粮食物流产业中具有一定的代表性,因此对牡丹江市粮食物流产业链的研究,对于加快黑龙江省粮食物流产业链的发展具有着十分重要的科学参考依据和宝贵经验。本文通过对牡丹江市粮食物流产业链发展科学合理的分析,找出制约牡丹江市粮食物流产业链发展的不足,发现牡丹江市粮食物流产业发展速度相对缓慢、基础设施薄弱、物流能力不足、辐射带动作用不大,这也制约着黑龙江省东南区域的粮食物流产业链跨越式进程。对如何能够更好的解决牡丹江市粮食物流产业链发展中的难点具有十分重要的现实意义。本文通过实地调研、实证分析法对牡丹江市粮食物流产业链中的粮食生产、加工、储备等情况进行研究,并通过阅读文献资料,结合国内外粮食物流产业链的经验,对如何提升牡丹江市粮食物流产业链发展提出有效对策和建议,即:一方面要加速发展粮食物流产业链体系;另一方面还要发展壮大粮食加工企业,同时还要增强牡丹江市粮食安全保障和调控力度。

Based on the Mudanjiang city food logistics industry chain of scientific and reasonable analysis, find out the problems restricting the development of grain logistics industry chain in Mudanjiang City, found that the speed of development of grain logistics industry in Mudanjiang city is relatively slow, weak infrastructure, lack of logistics capability this is not, leading role, but also restricts the grain logistics industry chain in southeast area of Heilongjiang Province on how to leapfrog process. Better enough to solve the difficult development of grain logistics industry chain in Mudanjiang city has very important practical significance. Based on field research, empirical analysis and processing of grain logistics industry chain in Mudanjiang city food production method of reserves, and through reading the literature, combined with the grain logistics industry chain at home and abroad experience, put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the grain logistics industry chain development in Mudanjiang city is: on the one hand, to accelerate the development of the system of grain logistics industry chain; on the other hand, but also the development of food processing enterprises, but also to enhance food security and control efforts in Mudanjiang City.
