【摘要】:电冰箱生产车间作为电冰箱整个价值链至关重要的一环,生产物流系统运作效率又对电冰箱生产车间的作业效率具有至关重要的影响。因此,首先本文从案例Z企业生产物流系统生产效率低下和生产成本过高的实际问题出发,分析了Z企业生产模式和布局混乱,在制品库存过高,信息系统效率低下等核心问题。针对上述问题的优化分别采用了精益物流思想,物联网技术,TOC约束理论等理论与技术整合企业资源,平衡生产节拍,实现了企业智能化生产,增强了企业核心竞争力。然后,围绕Z企业生产物流中的核心问题,论文从生产布局、生产节拍、物流信息化建设和系统评价四个方面进行了深入研究,重点研究内容如下:1.针对Z企业测试车间生产线布局混乱问题,提出了基于P-中值模型进行测试车间布局优化的方法。论文首先结合测试设备的特殊性,在测试车间为2台测试设备选择了8个候选位置点,目标是从8个位置中选择2个位置,使得各生产线到这两个位置总距离最短,从而选定设备安装位置,实现布局优化。2.针对Z企业在制品线边堆积严重问题,论文提出通过利用TOC约束理论进行生产节拍平衡方法减少在制品库存。论文首先分析了优化前各个工序的生产节拍时间,然后将问题转化为节拍时间方差最小问题,进而通过打破生产瓶颈工序的方法,实现了生产节拍的均衡化。3.针对Z企业物流系统效率低问题,论文通过嵌入物联网技术,简化了原材料及成品的出入库流程,增强了对于生产作业的监控力度,打通了数据传输的各个节点;进而从物联网基础设施搭建的角度,测试了物联网技术应用的可行性,最终优化了生产物流流程,实现了生产车间的信息化建设。4.针对流程优化方案有效性问题,论文提出通过关联矩阵法评价优化后的生产物流系统。根据系统的特征,运用关联矩阵法在各指标数据的基础上对Z企业优化前后的生产物流系统进行绩效评价,验证了系统的有效性。最后,论文从研究内容和不足之处角度,对论文进行了总结并指出了论文进一步研究的方向。

After according to the system characteristics, using correlation matrix method based on the data on the production logistics system for enterprises to optimize the performance before and after Z to evaluate and verify the effectiveness of the system. Finally, the paper from the research content and the inadequacies of angle, summarizes the thesis and points out the further research The direction.
