【摘要】:随着科学技术的进步,21世纪物流产业的飞速发展,电子标签渐渐的走入了人们的生活。在各个领域,例如物流、仓储、卫生医疗、食品、交通、生活服务等,RFID技术均有不同的应用[1]。在射频电子标签封装领域,我国现阶段仍旧处在初始阶段,各项技术不够成熟,面对现在市场的迫切需求,发展RFID封装技术已经成为了必然的趋势。目前市场上的主流封装设备依旧主要来自进口,国产设备的市场占有率很低。而面对RFID市场的爆发式增长,对电子标签封装设备的需求也急剧上升,在视场的大环境下,发展RFID设备制造产业无疑是一个巨大的商机,同时也是打破国外技术垄断最直接的方式方法。通过对市场调研,对现有设备的分析研究,在我们共同的努力下,实现了初步的设备研制与开发。对于刚接触封装设备制造工艺的我们而言,在设备的研发过程中发现了许多问题,并在设备生产实验过程中发现了很多需要改进的地方。因此进行了第二次的研发设计,本文主要是针对新设计研发的RFID封装设备中点胶单元进行的分析与研究。在点胶系统中,可以简单的分为机械运动模块和电动控制模块,本文主要以电动控制为主,机械结构为辅的架构为大家介绍了点胶单元。点胶单元通过机械运动和电动控制的相结合完成点胶工作。文章对其中涉及到的电动控制、图像识别、环境因素等方面进行了相关分析。并对通过实际生产操作而发现的问题提出了改进方案,并进行了实际论证。对于RFID封装设备而言,点胶系统作为封装工序的第一步,对后续的封装结果有着相当重要的影响。点胶精度与点胶结果决定了下一步工序的准确性,所以点胶单元对于整个RFID设备有着至关重要的作用。本文主要介绍了射频电子标签封装机的点胶系统的相关内容,其中对点胶系统的运动模式和相关参数做了一定的介绍,并且对于点胶单元的改进做出了一些设想。由于点胶结构的设计研发是由团队协调工作的成果,因此其中涉及相关问题并未做出详细的叙述。做为设备研发生产的实际参与者,通过对RFID技术的接触与了解,学到了许多该领域的知识,同时也在实际的生产调试过程中得到了许多经验和技术突破,为后续RFID封装设备的改进升级积累了宝贵财富。本文旨在通过对工作过程中所涉及的相关内容及相关结论成果进行概述进而使大家了解RDID设备的相关知识,可以对RFID产业的后续发展提供宝贵意见。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the logistics industry in the 21st century, electronic labels have gradually entered people's lives. In various fields, such as logistics, warehousing, health care, food, transportation. Life service and RFID technology all have different applications. [1. In the field of RFID tag packaging, our country is still in the initial stage, the technology is not mature enough, facing the urgent needs of the market. The development of RFID packaging technology has become an inevitable trend. At present, the mainstream packaging equipment in the market is still mainly from the import. The market share of domestic equipment is very low. In the face of explosive growth of RFID market, the demand for tag packaging equipment is also rising sharply, in the field of view environment. The development of RFID equipment manufacturing industry is undoubtedly a huge business opportunity, but also the most direct way to break the foreign technology monopoly. With our joint efforts, the initial equipment development and development has been realized. For us who have just come into contact with the manufacturing process of packaging equipment, many problems have been found in the process of equipment research and development. And in the process of equipment production experiments found a lot of areas for improvement, so the second R & D design. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the dispensing unit in the newly designed RFID packaging equipment. In the dispensing system, it can be simply divided into the mechanical motion module and the electric control module. This paper mainly focuses on electric control. The mechanical structure of the auxiliary framework for the introduction of dispensing unit. Dispensing unit through the combination of mechanical motion and electric control to complete the dispensing work. This paper relates to the electric control, image recognition. Environmental factors and other aspects of the relevant analysis, and through the actual production of the problems found in the improvement scheme, and the actual demonstration. For RFID packaging equipment. As the first step of the packaging process, the dispensing system has a very important impact on the subsequent packaging results. The accuracy of the next step is determined by the dispensing accuracy and the dispensing results. So the dispensing unit plays an important role in the whole RFID equipment. This paper mainly introduces the relevant contents of the dispensing system of RFID tag sealing machine. The motion mode and related parameters of the dispensing system are introduced, and some assumptions are made for the improvement of the dispensing unit, because the design and development of the dispensing structure is the result of coordinated work by the team. Therefore, the related issues are not described in detail. As the actual participants in equipment development and production, through the contact and understanding of RFID technology, we have learned a lot of knowledge in this field. At the same time, many experiences and technical breakthroughs have been obtained in the actual production and debugging process. This paper aims to summarize the relevant contents and conclusions involved in the process of work, so as to make everyone understand the phase of RDID equipment. Knowledge. Can provide valuable advice to the follow-up development of RFID industry.
