【摘要】：目前,如何创新金融体制、如何改善融资制度、如何进一步深化农村金融体制是家庭农场融资研究的大方向。当前国内金融市场的发展不容乐观,运用上述途径来缓解家庭农场的融资困境还需一段时间。因此,眼下需要依据家庭农场自身的融资需求进行模式改良和产品创新。本文在第二章介绍与家庭农场融资相关的概念及理论,为后文奠定理论基础。接下来文章从分析家庭农场融资难的现状及成因入手,指出金融困境和信用困境是制约家庭农场融资的主要因素。因此,如何有针对性地化解金融与信用矛盾将是我们下一步的主要突破口。运用物流金融,通过第三方物流企业,建立起一种供应链机制将是一种可行的做法。本文在第四章对家庭农场物流金融模式进行细致地介绍。针对家庭农场融资需求的特点,发展物流金融业务将有利于缓解银行和家庭农场之间的信息不对称,解决家庭农场自身抵押、担保不足等问题,因而可能成为解决目前家庭农场难问题的新途径。最后,构筑家庭农场物流金融体系。最后,我们可以得出结论:发展家庭农场物流金融可能成为化解家庭农场融资难题的有效手段。
[Abstract]:At present, how to innovate the financial system, how to improve the financing system, how to further deepen the rural financial system is the main direction of family farm financing research. It will take some time to use the above approach to ease the financing difficulties of family farms. At present, we need to improve the model and product innovation according to the financing needs of the family farm itself. In the second chapter, we introduce the concepts and theories related to the family farm financing. Next, the paper analyzes the current situation and causes of family farm financing difficulties, and points out that financial difficulties and credit difficulties are the main factors restricting family farm financing. How to resolve the contradiction between finance and credit will be the main breach of our next step. Using logistics finance, through the third party logistics enterprises. It will be a feasible way to establish a supply chain mechanism. In Chapter 4th, this paper introduces the family farm logistics financial model in detail, aiming at the characteristics of the family farm financing needs. The development of logistics financial business will help to alleviate the information asymmetry between banks and family farms, and solve the problems such as the mortgage of the family farm itself, the insufficient guarantee and so on. Therefore, it may become a new way to solve the difficult problem of family farm. Finally, build the family farm logistics financial system. Finally. We can conclude that the development of family farm logistics finance may be an effective means to solve the problem of family farm financing.
