【摘要】:流化冰技术是一种高科技保鲜技术,在食品速冻、冷链物流和低温贮藏等方面具有广泛的应用前景。因其换热效果好、对水产品表皮无损伤和可节约淡水等优点,流化冰制冰机是当前国内外研究热点,尤其是在渔船上的应用研究。目前渔船用流化冰制冰机的自动化程度较低,导致稳定性和效率较差,因此研发渔船用海水流化冰制冰机的控制系统有着重要现实意义。本文首先分析了渔船用海水流化冰制冰机控制系统的研发现状,指出了目前控制系统控制策略不完善的问题,提出了一种基于变频压缩机和电子膨胀阀双控制的控制系统方案。其次,以流化冰含冰率和制冰速率为控制目标,研究了模糊PID控制在电子膨胀阀开度自动调节上的应用,并完成了基于西门子S7-300PLC的软件平台STEP7的模糊控制算法程序设计及基于MCGS的人机交互界面设计。最后,进行了MATLAB仿真和实验验证,对比结果表明:与常规PID控制相比,采用模糊PID控制的控制系统,具有较好响应性和抗干扰性;含冰率进入平稳区所需时间缩短36%,控制精度是其2-3倍;进入平稳区后受到干扰,重新进入稳态区所需时间缩短42%,并且含冰率变化峰值仅为其50%。本研究提高了制冰效率,降低了冰堵几率,提升渔船用海水流化冰制冰机的自动化水平,对流化冰在渔业领域的应用起到了一定推动作用。
[Abstract]:Fluidized ice technology is a kind of high-tech preservation technology, which has a wide application prospect in food quick freezing, cold chain logistics and low temperature storage, because of its good heat transfer effect. For the advantages of no damage to the skin of aquatic products and the saving of fresh water, fluidized ice making machine is a research hotspot at home and abroad, especially in the application of fishing boats. At present, the degree of automation of fluidized ice making machines used in fishing vessels is low. As a result of poor stability and efficiency, it is of great practical significance to develop the control system of marine fluidized ice making machine for fishing boats. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research and development status of the control system of sea water fluidized ice making machine for fishing boats. This paper points out that the control strategy of the control system is not perfect at present, and puts forward a control system scheme based on the dual control of the frequency conversion compressor and the electronic expansion valve. Secondly, the control targets are the ice content of fluidized ice and the ice making rate. The application of fuzzy PID control to the automatic adjustment of the opening of electronic expansion valve is studied. And completed the software platform based on Siemens S7-300 PLC STEP7 fuzzy control algorithm program design and human-computer interface design based on MCGS. Finally. The MATLAB simulation and experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control system has better response and anti-interference than the conventional PID control system. The time required for the ice content to enter the stationary region is shortened by 36 times, and the control accuracy is 2-3 times. After entering the stationary region, the time required to re-enter the steady region is reduced by 42%, and the peak value of the change of ice content is only 50%. This study improves the efficiency of ice making and reduces the probability of ice blocking. Raising the automation level of sea water fluidized ice making machine for fishing boats has played a certain role in promoting the application of fluidized ice in fishery field.
