煤炭物流企业物流节点的规划与评价研究

【摘要】：近年来国家开始重视煤炭物流企业的改革,加快中小型煤炭物流企业整合的步伐,引入竞争机制,并取得了一定的成果。由于我国物流起步晚、起点低,以及近年来受雾霾天气的影响,煤炭需求逐渐减少。为了迎接市场竞争的激烈挑战,煤炭物流企业应该发挥自身的优势,降低煤炭物流成本、搞好煤炭物资供应、提高煤炭物流系统的效率。建立科学、合理、高效的物流系统是企业发展的必要基础,合理的物流系统节点规划和升级则是重中之重。本文选择煤炭物流企业物流系统节点的规划与评价作为研究课题,主要的研究内容如下:(1)对煤炭物流企业物流管理现状进行了分析和考察。了解我国目前大型煤炭物流企业的运营管理模式以及物流管理发展的历史、现状及特点,分析其存在的问题,为后续研究奠定理论基础。(2)物流系统节点规划流程的建立。系统阐述近年来物流系统节点规划的流程和方法,充分结合煤炭物流企业自身管理的特点和存在的问题以及煤炭这一货物的特性,分别从宏观外部环境和内部空间布局两方面进行规划,建立合理的物流系统节点规划流程。(3)物流系统节点规划评价的研究。从评价流程和评价方法两个方面进行研究,针对煤炭物流节点规划建设的特点,从宏观外部环境和内部空间布局两方面进行评价,建立评价体系,并选择了SWOT、SE-DEA和FIOWA三种评价方法对煤炭物流节点建设项目的可行性进行评价。(4)理论验证。运用已建立的物流系统节点规划评价体系结合锦州港专业化煤炭码头规划建设项目进行分析,验证该规划评价体系的合理性和可行性,并根据分析过程中发现的问题对已有理论进行修改。本文建立的煤炭物流企业物流节点的规划与评价流程具有一定的可操作性,评价方法合理、科学,评价结果对物流企业具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country began to attach importance to the reform of coal logistics enterprises, accelerate the pace of integration of small and medium-sized coal logistics enterprises, introduce competition mechanism, and have achieved certain results. In order to meet the fierce challenge of market competition, coal logistics enterprises should give play to their own advantages and reduce the cost of coal logistics. It is the necessary foundation of enterprise development to do well the coal material supply, improve the efficiency of the coal logistics system and establish a scientific, reasonable and efficient logistics system. Reasonable node planning and upgrading of logistics system is the most important. This paper chooses the planning and evaluation of logistics system node of coal logistics enterprise as the research topic. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the current situation of logistics management in coal logistics enterprises is analyzed and investigated, and the operation management mode and the history of logistics management development of large coal logistics enterprises in China are understood. Present situation and characteristics, analyze its existing problems, lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study. 2) the establishment of logistics system node planning process. The paper systematically describes the logistics system node planning process and methods in recent years. Fully combined with the characteristics of coal logistics enterprise management and existing problems as well as the characteristics of coal cargo, respectively from the macro external environment and internal space layout two aspects of planning. Establish a reasonable logistics system node planning process. 3) the logistics system node planning evaluation research. From the evaluation process and evaluation methods of two aspects, aiming at the characteristics of coal logistics node planning and construction. From the macroscopic external environment and the internal space layout two aspects carries on the appraisal, establishes the appraisal system, and has chosen the SWOT. The feasibility of coal logistics node construction project is evaluated by SE-DEA and FIOWA methods. Theoretical verification. Using the established logistics system node planning evaluation system combined with Jinzhou Port specialized coal wharf planning and construction project to analyze. Verify the rationality and feasibility of the planning evaluation system. According to the problems found in the process of analysis, the existing theory is modified. The planning and evaluation process of the logistics node of the coal logistics enterprises established in this paper has certain maneuverability, the evaluation method is reasonable and scientific. The evaluation result has certain reference value to the logistics enterprise.
