【摘要】：农业是我国国民经济发展的前提和根基,在中国经济发展过程中具有举足轻重的地位。伴随着市场经济体制的逐步完善,农产品流通产业的先导地位被社会各个阶层了解和认识。农产品流通作为我国农业发展的重要组成部分,不仅可以妥善解决“三农”问题,更是城乡一体化发展的必然要求。建立稳定、高效的农产品流通体系,不仅可以提高农村地区农民收入水平,也能带动促进其他产业的发展。目前我国农产品流通显现出很多的问题,亟待解决。比如:农产品价格机制不够合理、农产品产销关系不够平稳、农产品信贷支持政策不够完善等。这些问题都需要依靠有效的流通体系来解决。河北省是我国农产品生产的重要省份,农产品流通体系建设已取得一定的成果,但是仍然存在一些问题,诸如:农产品流通主体组织化水平比较低、流通渠道不够通畅、流通市场体系不够健全、供求关系失衡等。同时,我们可以看到,美日等国家在农产品流通方面已经步入正轨,有许多经验值得我们借鉴。本文使用文献分析法,对相关文献和相关经济理论进行综述,梳理农产品流通理论。并通过分析河北省农产品流通体系发展现状,找到目前农产品流通存在的问题。使用实证分析法,选取影响农产品流通体系的部分结构指标、行为指标、效益指标,通过因子分析得出这些指标与流通效率的关系。并结合国外农产品流通的经验,对河北省农产品流通体系的发展提出建议。通过实证研究,本文认为农产品零售业集中度、农产品批零系数、农村信息化建设是影响河北省农产品流通的最大的因素。因此,本文从提高农产品流通主体组织化程度、整合流通渠道关系、搭建有效的网络信息平台、建立有效的物流基础设施建设等方面入手,优化河北省农产品流通体系。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the premise and foundation of the development of our national economy, which plays an important role in the process of China's economic development, along with the gradual improvement of the market economy system. The leading position of agricultural product circulation industry is understood and understood by all social strata. As an important part of agricultural development in China, agricultural product circulation can not only solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" properly. It is also an inevitable requirement for the development of urban-rural integration. The establishment of a stable and efficient circulation system of agricultural products can not only improve the income level of farmers in rural areas. It can also promote the development of other industries. At present, there are many problems in the circulation of agricultural products in our country. For example, the price mechanism of agricultural products is not reasonable enough, and the relationship between production and marketing of agricultural products is not stable enough. Agricultural credit support policy is not perfect. These problems need to be solved by effective circulation system. Hebei Province is an important province of agricultural products production, agricultural product circulation system construction has achieved certain results. However, there are still some problems, such as the low level of organization of the main body of agricultural products circulation, the lack of smooth circulation channels, the imperfect circulation market system, the imbalance between supply and demand, etc. At the same time, we can see. The United States and Japan and other countries in the circulation of agricultural products have been on the right track, there are many experiences worth our reference. This paper uses literature analysis to review the relevant literature and related economic theory. Combing the theory of agricultural product circulation. And by analyzing the current situation of agricultural product circulation system in Hebei Province, find out the existing problems of agricultural product circulation. Use empirical analysis method. Select some structural indicators, behavioral indicators, benefit indicators that affect the circulation system of agricultural products, get the relationship between these indicators and circulation efficiency through factor analysis, and combine the experience of foreign agricultural products circulation. Based on the empirical research, the author thinks that the concentration degree of agricultural products retailing, the coefficient of agricultural products batch zero. The construction of rural informatization is the biggest factor that affects the circulation of agricultural products in Hebei Province. Therefore, this paper aims to improve the organization of agricultural products circulation main body, integrate the circulation channel relationship, and build an effective network information platform. In order to optimize the circulation system of agricultural products in Hebei Province, we should establish effective logistics infrastructure construction and so on.
