【摘要】:有色金属行业是我国工业耗能的大户之一,目前,世界各国正处于能源紧张的情况之中,为解决能源紧张的问题,我国提出了工业节能减排政策,旨在加强工业能源节约和能效的提高,并努力创建节能型社会。本文基于系统节能方法对有色金属中铜冶炼过程进行能耗分析研究,通过实际生产统计数据,建立铜冶炼基准物质流模型和实际物质流模型来分析冶炼过程能耗。以此计算冶炼过程中各个工序的节能潜力,为企业进行节能改造提供可靠依据。另外,为了便于企业的节能工作简单进行,利用了计算机C#语言,Visual Studio系统平台编写程序,采用“e-p分析法”和“基准物质流分析法”对铜冶炼过程进行模型建立,开发出“顶吹炼铜工艺节能管理系统”对企业铜冶炼过程进行节能潜力计算。研究结果表明:本文案例中的艾萨炼铜企业在当年具有65.5kgce/t的节能潜力;在整个艾萨炼铜流程中最具节能潜力的工序为P-S转炉吹炼工序;同时还得出,在实际艾萨炼铜流程中,偏离基准物质流模型的外加、循环和排放物质流中,外加物质流拥有降低整个工艺能耗的作用,且越靠后序工艺的外加物质流越节省能源,对于循环物质流和排放物质流都是增加能耗的物流,循环工序距离越长,耗能越大,排放物质流越靠后序工序能耗越大。因此,从物质流-能量流的研究分析角度考虑,为了降低冶炼流程能耗,应当在生产允许范围内,尽量加入外加冷料,并减少各道工序的废料、循环利用以及排放量。
[Abstract]:Non-ferrous metal industry is one of the major energy consumers in China. At present, countries in the world are in a situation of energy stress. In order to solve the problem of energy shortage, China has put forward the policy of industrial energy saving and emission reduction. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the industrial energy saving and the improvement of energy efficiency, and to create a energy-saving society. Based on the method of system energy saving, the energy consumption of copper smelting process in non-ferrous metals is analyzed and studied, and the actual production statistics are adopted. Establish the copper smelting standard material flow model and the actual material flow model to analyze the smelting process energy consumption, so as to calculate the energy saving potential of each process in the smelting process, and provide a reliable basis for enterprises to carry out energy-saving transformation. In order to make the energy saving work of enterprises simple, the computer C # language is used to program the Visual Studio system platform. The model of copper smelting process was established by "e-p analysis" and "benchmark material flow analysis". The energy-saving management system of top blowing copper smelting process has been developed to calculate the energy saving potential of copper smelting process in enterprises. The results show that:. In this paper, Issa copper refining enterprise has the energy saving potential of 65.5 kgce- / t in that year; The most energy-saving process in the whole Aissah copper smelting process is the P-S converter blowing process. At the same time, in the actual Aissah copper smelting process, deviated from the reference material flow model, circulation and emission material flow, the addition of matter flow has the effect of reducing the whole process energy consumption. And the more the latter process, the more energy is saved, for the circulation material flow and emission material flow are increased energy consumption logistics, the longer the cycle process distance, the greater the energy consumption. Therefore, considering from the point of view of material flow-energy flow research and analysis, in order to reduce the energy consumption of smelting process, we should try to add the added cold material within the allowable range of production. And reduce the waste of each process, recycling and emissions.
