【摘要】:在汽车市场竞争日益激烈的今天,为满足客户多样性的需求,各个企业纷纷探索新的生产模式,OTD(Order-To-Delivery,订单到交付)是近年来在汽车行业中伴随精益思想出现的,其旨在打破“库存+计划推动”的旧生产模式,建立“订单/定单拉动”的新生产模式。在这种生产方式下,OTD周期、流程及信息系统的研究,对于BTO模式(Build-To-Order,订单拉动)的建立,实现客户产品的及时交付,支撑汽车企业和经销商的利润诉求,实现多方共赢有着重要的意义。同时,当今社会信息技术快速发展,“互联网+”的兴起,移动互联网的广泛应用,为现代汽车企业管理和运作带来了新的变革,汽车OTD移动商务应用将成为传统汽车企业拥抱互联网的一个必然趋势。本文在国内外订单拉动模式、移动商务研究的基础上,通过对国内汽车企业的实际调研,运用理论模型和实证分析相结合的方法,研究了订单拉动模式下的OTD周期、流程及信息系统相关问题。本文首先从传统库存生产模式的缺陷问题出发,提出汽车企业按订单生产的战略选择是国内汽车行业的重要发展趋势。但建立订单拉动模式关键是解决订单到交付时间过长问题,通过对OTD流程环节和时间进行分析,找出时间过长环节,提出以流程优化为核心的时间优化需求,流程的优化必须构建相应的系统,结合目前移动互联网、4G等发展背景,提出汽车企业对系统集成的需求,以及不同业务主体的移动服务需求。其次,通过对原有OTD流程和职责归属进行合理的梳理,遵循全局优化的观念,从销售预测管理、订单管理、生产计划、排产和执行管理、采购与入厂物流管理、整车物流管理几个环节,重构订单拉动模式下的订单到交付流程,实现内部流程的优化,缩短订单到交付的时间。然后,从运作层面,针对流程环节中订单管理和整车物流环节的时间过长问题,建立订单拉动模式下OTD时间压缩模型,并设计算法和算例予以求解和验证。再次,采用SOA(面向服务的架构)的思想、理念和技术,在考虑订单拉动模式下汽车企业对OTD平台需求的基础上,提出,构建汽车OTD平台的系统集成框架,整合汽车原有的信息系统资源,设计系统模块,并构建基于移动中间件i MC开发的移动办公子系统框架,支撑汽车订单拉动的整体战略。最后,以亲身参与的CA公司OTD项目为例,探讨其实施OTD平台项目的规划、步骤及流程,以及后期取得的效益,使得本文在汽车制造业推广OTD具有较强的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the automobile market, in order to meet the needs of customers' diversity, various enterprises have explored new production modes, such as OTDU / Order-To-Delivery (Order-To-Delivery). The establishment of "order pull"), the timely delivery of customer products, the support of automotive enterprises and dealers of the profit demand, the realization of win-win situation is of great significance. The rise of "Internet" and the wide application of mobile Internet have brought new changes to the management and operation of modern automobile enterprises. Automotive OTD mobile commerce application will become an inevitable trend for traditional automobile enterprises to embrace the Internet. This paper is based on the domestic and foreign order pull model, mobile commerce research. Through the actual investigation of domestic automobile enterprises, using the method of theoretical model and empirical analysis, this paper studies the OTD cycle under the order pull mode. Process and information system related problems. Firstly, this paper starts from the defects of the traditional inventory production mode. It is an important development trend of domestic automobile industry to choose the strategy of production according to order, but the key to establish order pull mode is to solve the problem of long order to delivery time. Through the analysis of the OTD process link and time, find out the time too long link, put forward the process optimization as the core of time optimization requirements, the process optimization must build the corresponding system, combined with the current mobile Internet. 4G and other development background, put forward the automotive enterprise system integration needs, as well as the mobile service requirements of different business entities. Follow the concept of global optimization, from sales forecasting management, order management, production planning, scheduling and execution management, procurement and in-plant logistics management, vehicle logistics management several links. Refactoring the order-to-delivery process in the order-pull mode to optimize the internal process and shorten the time from the order-to-delivery. Then, from the operational level. Aiming at the problem of long time in order management and whole vehicle logistics, the OTD time compression model in order pull mode is established, and the algorithm and calculation examples are designed to solve and verify it. Using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) idea, concept and technology, on the basis of considering the demand of OTD platform in the order pull mode, the paper puts forward. Build the system integration framework of automobile OTD platform, integrate the original automobile information system resources, design the system module, and build the mobile office subsystem framework based on mobile middleware I MC. Finally, taking the OTD project of CA Company as an example, the planning, steps and process of implementing the OTD platform project, as well as the benefits obtained in the later period are discussed. Make this article in the automotive manufacturing industry to promote OTD has a strong practical significance.
