【摘要】:经济全球化和互联网技术为国际贸易和电子商务带来了前所未有的挑战,也带来了全新的发展机遇,跨境电子商务如何提高中国企业的国际竞争力,加强企业综合绩效,已经成为学术界、企业和政府关心的热点问题之一。与发达国家相比,我国跨境电子商务交易的普及率还不够高,且实施效果也不甚理想。那么跨境电子商务企业成功实施的影响因素有哪些?这些影响因素的作用强度和作用方向如何?如何提高我国跨境电子商务企业的综合绩效?本文围绕上述问题,在跨境电子商务综合绩效评价实证的基础上,构建了跨境电子商务综合绩效(成功实施)的影响因素体系和分析模型,提出了跨境电商成功实施(综合绩效)的提升建议与措施。本文主要按照以下思路展开研究和写作。首先,在分析综合绩效概念的基础之上,借鉴前人成功研究经验,本文以综合绩效表示成功实施,即以跨境电子商务综合绩效表示跨境电子商务成功实施。其次,结合我国跨境电子商务企业特征和经营现状,参考借鉴现有文献,经由理论分析和问卷调研的基础上,构建跨境电子商务综合绩效(成功实施)的影响因素体系;随后,在跨境电子商务综合绩效评价指标体系构建和评价实证的基础之上,分别利用单因素最小二乘法和BP神经网络实证研究分析各影响因素对跨境电子商务综合绩效(成功实施)的作用强度和作用方向;最后,结合跨境电子商务影响因素分析和综合绩效评价的实证结果,在问卷调研的基础上,提出促进跨境电子商务成功实施的建议与措施。本文的主要研究内容和创新点包括以下内容。首先,构建了跨境电子商务综合绩效评价指标体系。以系统动力学思想修正了平衡计分卡,以投入与收益、顾客满意与信任、体系建设与管理、学习发展四个维度为基本框架,经过评价指标体系降维和有效性检验后,构建了一个跨境电子商务综合绩效评价指标体系;本文这种经过初步评价,将作用机理类似或作用强度较弱的指标予以聚类合并,对跨境电子商务综合绩效评价指标体系进行降维,以减少评价指标数量和简化指标体系结构,从而能够提高绩效评价可靠度和精度,提高评价结果的可操作性、实用性和针对性。其次,展开了基于模糊综合评价的跨境电子商务综合绩效评价实证研究。利用层次分析法确立模糊综合评价中的模糊隶属度和模糊函数,以克服层次分析法的评价误差较大和模糊综合评价中模糊隶属函数硬性确定的缺陷。通过跨境电子商务综合绩效的实证研究,为后继影响因素分析提供了坚实基础;第三,构建了跨境电子商务成功实施(综合绩效)的影响因素体系。在分析我国跨境电子商务企业特征的基础上,参考现有研究文献成果,结合理论分析和问卷调研,经影响因素筛选,构建了一个跨境电子商务成功实施(综合绩效)的影响因素体系;第四,分别进行了基于单因素最小二乘法和BP神经网络的跨境电子商务影响因素实证研究,分析了各个影响因素对跨境电子商务成功实施(综合绩效)的作用强度,以及不同影响因素在不同区间取值时对跨境电子商务成功实施(综合绩效)的作用方向;第五,提出了跨境电子商务成功实施的建议措施。以跨境电子商务成功实施(综合绩效)影响因素分析为研究对象,根据10家跨境电子商务企业实证研究结果,结合企业的问卷调研数据,从跨境电子商务企业信用建设、海关监管模式、跨境支付模式、国际物流模式和企业竞争战略等方面提出了若干促进跨境电子商务成功实施的建议措施;最后,本文基于综合绩效评价来分析影响因素作用和评价指标体系降维的研究思路,以及在跨境电子商务综合绩效评价和影响因素分析中提出的实证研究方法,对其它的系统分析同样具有借鉴意义。
