【摘要】：零售业是供应链的终端环节,其对拉动消费、提高人们生活水平、促进经济发展都具有十分重要的作用。供应链及其管理自产生以来一直是理论界研究的热点问题,也是决定零售企业竞争力高低的关键性因素。日益激烈的竞争使零售业的利润日益微薄,此时越加凸显供应链管理对零售业生存发展的重要性。现在企业间的竞争本质上是供应链的竞争,为了获得竞争优势,企业必须采用新的管理理念和技术,以获得更好的效益。连锁零售企业的供应链是由供应商、批发商、零售商以及顾客组成的以零售企业为核心的由消费者需求拉动的供应链。社会的发展给连锁零售企业带来了新的机遇,但同时也提出了更高的要求。竞争的加剧以及消费者的多样化需求不仅要求连锁零售企业的运行更加高效,而且要求能够对市场的快速变化做出及时的反应。连锁零售企业若要在激烈的市场竞争中取得生存和发展,就必须提高企业的经济效益和增强企业的快速反应的能力。本文在调研和阅读相关文献的基础之上,对连锁零售企业的供应链进行了深入的研究,取得了一些增强连锁零售企业供应链精敏性的基础性成果,并在文章中着重从供应商的评价选择、物流配送中心的选址和建立、以及连锁零售企业库存与配送联合优化三个方面进行论述,提出了一些连锁零售业精敏化的建议,希望可以给连锁零售企业的供应链管理提供一些有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Retail is the terminal part of the supply chain, to stimulate consumption, improve the living standards of the people, it plays an important role in promoting economic development. Supply chain management has been a hot issue in the theoretical circles since its inception, is a key determinant of retail enterprise competitiveness. The increasingly fierce competition in the retail industry increasingly meager profits, the more highlights the importance of supply chain management of the retail industry's survival and development. Now the nature of competition among enterprises is the competition of the supply chain, in order to obtain the competitive advantage, enterprises must adopt new management concept and technology, in order to obtain better results. The chain retail enterprises in the supply chain is composed of suppliers, wholesalers. Retailers and consumers. In the retail enterprises as the core by the consumer demand driven supply chain. The social development has brought new opportunities for retail chain enterprises, But also put forward higher requirements. Competition and consumer demand diversification requires not only the retail chain enterprises run more efficiently, and can request to rapid changes in the market make a timely response. The retail chain enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, we must improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and enhance the enterprise's rapid response ability. Based on reading related literature in the research and the supply chain of chain retail enterprises conducted in-depth research, made some achievements to enhance supply chain retail enterprises fine sensitivity, and in the article focuses on the evaluation of supplier selection, logistics distribution center the selection and construction, and retail chain inventory and transportation integrated optimization in three aspects, and puts forward some suggestions of the precision and speed of retail chain, We hope to provide some useful reference for the supply chain management of chain retail enterprises.
