【摘要】:近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对于汽车的需求量也大幅攀升。汽车销量的激增有力地带动了国内汽车零部件物流市场的发展,同时对汽车物流行业的要求也不断提升。零部件的物流是保障主机厂高效生产的关键,所以主机厂对零部件物流服务的标准越来越严格。因此,汽车零部件物流的发展面临着空前的机遇和挑战。为了抓住发展的大好时机,更好地满足主机厂的需求,零部件企业需要通过技术创新、服务创新来全面提升物流服务水平,打造自己的品牌形象,提高企业竞争力。本文简述了汽车物流的相关理论,并在此基础上结合自己的工作感受,对汽车行业物流和汽车零部件物流在发展中存在的主要问题做了简要分析。重点对S公司汽车零部件物流发展中所表现出来的问题进行了有针对性的剖析,结合我国汽车物流、汽车零部件物流的现状,提出了集现代运输、仓储、保管、搬运、装卸、流通加工及物流信息共享于一体的综合性优化建议,包括加强信息化建设、进一步完善物流信息化系统、提升JIS运输的监控力度、物流设施的改善、物流标准化的推进、精益物流,同时,还计划引入第三方物流公司。最后,对S公司未来物流的发展进行了展望,提出了一体化建设和智能物流的方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for automobiles has also risen significantly. The rapid increase of automobile sales has contributed to the development of domestic automobile parts logistics market. At the same time, the requirements of the automobile logistics industry are also constantly raised. The logistics of components is the key to ensure the efficient production of mainframe factories, so the standards of logistics services for components are becoming more and more strict. The development of automobile parts logistics is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In order to seize the good opportunity of development and better meet the needs of mainframe factories, parts enterprises need to adopt technological innovation. Service innovation to improve the level of logistics services, create their own brand image, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper briefly describes the theory of automotive logistics, and on this basis combined with their own work experience. This paper makes a brief analysis of the main problems existing in the development of automobile industry logistics and automobile parts logistics, and focuses on the analysis of the problems in the development of automobile parts logistics of S Company. Combined with the current situation of automobile logistics and auto parts logistics in China, the paper puts forward the comprehensive optimization suggestions which include modern transportation, storage, storage, handling, handling, circulation processing and logistics information sharing. Including strengthening the information construction, further improve logistics information system, enhance the monitoring of JIS transport, logistics facilities, logistics standardization, lean logistics, at the same time. Finally, the future logistics development of S company is prospected, and the integrated construction and intelligent logistics scheme are put forward.
