铁路集装箱物流中心站物流能力仿真评价研究

【摘要】:我国《中长期铁路网规划》中,明确规划建设18个铁路集装箱物流中心站,极大的促进了我国铁路集装箱运输的发展,我国铁路集装箱中心站正逐步向标准化、大型化、集中化、现代化的方向发展。与传统的铁路集装箱办理站相比,铁路集装箱物流中心站在功能、设计、运输组织等方面有很大的不同之处。铁路集装箱物流中心站作为铁路集装箱运输的一级办理站,是铁路集装箱运输网络以及集装箱多式联运网络中至关重要的节点。铁路集装箱中心站的物流能力大小以及运营效率的高低直接影响着整个集装箱运输网络的效率。铁路集装箱物流中心站物流能力评估的研究,是以中心站在规划建设时期设施设备的合理配置以及运营时期以提高中心站运作效率为目的而进行的。针对现阶段我国铁路集装箱物流中心站运营管理中存在的问题,结合已投入运营的铁路集装箱物流中心站的实际情况,在充分借鉴前人研究的基础上,论文构建了中心站Petri网动态模型,进一步采用仿真评估方法来评估铁路集装箱物流中心站的物流能力。论文的研究内容分为以下几个部分: (1)分析了我国铁路集装箱物流中心站的发展现状,目前存在的主要问题以及未来我国铁路集装箱物流中心站发展趋势。 (2)分析了我国铁路集装箱物流中心站的基本站型、设施设备配置,在此基础上,总结了集装箱在中心站的到达作业流程、中转作业流程、发送作业流程以及铁路集装箱物流中心站的整体作业流程。 (3)定义了铁路集装箱物流中心站的物流能力,将中心站物流能力按照功能划分为铁路运输系统物流能力、装卸系统物流能力、堆场系统物流能力以及集卡运输系统物流能力四个子系统,进一步总结了影响中心站物流能力的因素。 (4)提出了一种适用于评估铁路集装箱物流中心站物流能力的方法——仿真评价方法,阐明了仿真评价的原理和仿真评价流程。构建了中心站物流能力评价指标体系。 (5)论文采用形式化建模方法,建立了中心站物流系统的Petri网动态模型,并利用Plant Simulation仿真软件建立仿真模型。 (6)以西安铁路集装箱物流中心站为例进行仿真建模,运行仿真,得到中心站能力的相关统计指标,对仿真结果进行了验证,找到了中心站的“瓶颈”环节并提出了效率提升方案。
[Abstract]:In the "medium and long term Railway Network Planning", 18 railway container logistics center stations are clearly planned, which greatly promotes the development of China's railway container transportation. Compared with the traditional railway container handling station, the railway container logistics center station is in the function and design. The railway container logistics center station is the first level handling station of railway container transportation. It is the most important node in the railway container transportation network and container multimodal transport network. The logistics capacity and operation efficiency of the railway container central station directly affect the efficiency of the whole container transportation network. Rate. Research on Logistics capacity Evaluation of Railway Container Logistics Center Station. The aim is to improve the operation efficiency of the central station during the planning and construction period of the central station, and to improve the efficiency of the operation of the central station during the operation period. In view of the existing in the operation and management of the railway container logistics center station in our country at the present stage. The problem. Combined with the actual situation of the railway container logistics center station which has been put into operation, based on the previous research, this paper constructs the Petri net dynamic model of the central station. Further, the simulation evaluation method is used to evaluate the logistics capability of railway container logistics center station. The research content of this paper is divided into the following parts: 1) the present situation of railway container logistics center station in China is analyzed, the main problems existing and the developing trend of railway container logistics center station in the future are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the basic station type and facility equipment configuration of the railway container logistics center station in our country, the paper summarizes the arrival and transfer operation flow of the container in the central station. Send operation flow and the whole operation flow of railway container logistics center station. The logistics capacity of railway container logistics center station is defined. The central station logistics capacity is divided into railway transportation system logistics capacity and loading and unloading system logistics ability according to the function. The logistics capacity of yard system and card transportation system are four subsystems, and the factors that affect the logistics capability of central station are summarized. (4) A simulation evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the logistics capability of railway container logistics center station. The principle and flow of simulation evaluation are expounded, and the evaluation index system of logistics capability of central station is constructed. In this paper, the Petri net dynamic model of central station logistics system is established by using formal modeling method, and the simulation model is established by using Plant Simulation simulation software. Taking Xi'an Railway Container Logistics Center Station as an example, the simulation model is established, and the simulation results are verified. The "bottleneck" link of central station is found and the efficiency promotion scheme is put forward.
