再制造逆向物流网络构建优化问题研究

【摘要】:全球制造业废旧垃圾量庞大,而这些废旧产品通常具有极高的经济价值。再制造作为能够通过高科技手段保护环境、提高资源效率的现代绿色制造模式,在我国已经上升至国家发展战略。众多制造企业面对资源匮乏、材料价格上涨等现状,都开始实施再制造逆向物流活动。而我国在再制造回收和利用方面的优化研究还不够成熟,网络的构建优化问题将直接影响企业的效益。因此,对再制造逆向物流网络构建进行优化具有研究价值。本文基于以上背景,以收益最大为最优化目标,研究了再制造逆向物流网络构建优化问题。文章在对逆向物流基础理论研究的基础上,从网络结构、网络布局和重要节点三方面对再制造逆向物流网络进行了详细分析;然后从模式结构原理、业务流程、适用范围等多个层次对提出的以制造商为核心、以制造商联盟为核心和以第三方为核心三种运营模式进行定性比较,结合模式选择影响因素和相关研究现状选择了以第三方为核心的运营模式,并基于此模式提出了再制造逆向物流备选回收网点设置与整合方案;在此基础上,结合网络构建优化原则和考虑因素提出构建优化程序及步骤,进一步构建了多主体、设施能力可扩展的再制造逆向物流网络优化模型,分情况讨论第三方和制造商系统最优和各自收益为优先前提下的网络构建最优化方案,并针对模型特征采用遗传算法进行求解;最后设计算例,运用MatlabR2013a仿真求解,验证了模型及算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The global manufacturing industry wastes a large amount of waste, and these waste products usually have very high economic value. Remanufacturing is a modern green manufacturing model that can protect the environment and improve resource efficiency through high-tech means. In our country, it has risen to the national development strategy. Many manufacturing enterprises are facing the shortage of resources and the rising price of materials. All of them begin to implement the reverse logistics activities of remanufacturing. However, the optimization research on recycling and utilization of remanufacturing in China is not mature enough. The optimization of network construction will directly affect the efficiency of enterprises. It is of great value to optimize the remanufacturing reverse logistics network. Based on the above background, this paper aims to maximize the profit. This paper studies the optimization of remanufacturing reverse logistics network. Based on the basic theory of reverse logistics, this paper starts with the network structure. The remanufacturing reverse logistics network is analyzed in detail from the three aspects of network layout and important nodes. Then qualitatively compare the three operation modes from the mode structure principle, business process, scope of application and so on, which are based on the manufacturer, the manufacturer alliance as the core and the third party as the core. Combined with the influencing factors of mode selection and related research status, the third party is chosen as the core of the operation mode, and based on this model, the alternative recycling network setting and integration scheme of remanufacturing reverse logistics is proposed. On this basis, combined with the principle of network construction optimization and the factors considered to build optimization procedures and steps, further build a multi-agent, facility capacity extensible remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization model. The optimization scheme of network construction based on the optimization of third-party and manufacturer systems and their respective profits is discussed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model features. Finally, an example is designed and solved by MatlabR2013a simulation to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
