城市货运停车场停车需求与布局模型分析与应用

【摘要】:近年来随着城市工商业的快速发展、货车数量大幅增加,城市货运交通已成为城市交通系统的重要组成部分。同时,现代化物流园区的建设以及城市物流共同配送体系的建立,使城市物流产业集聚更加明显,加上依托优势物流基础设施的大规模新型专业市场的建设,将促进货运交通量进一步增加,从而导致城市物流需求高发地货运停车需求量的增加。因此,为最大限度的提高区域土地利用效率、整合区域货车资源,制定科学、合理的城市货运停车规划是现代物流发展背景下完善城市停车规划的重要举措。本文首先对货运停车场按服务对象分为公共货运停车和专用货运停车场,并对两类停车场的组织结构进行了分析,同时对货车驾驶员停车特性进行了定性分析;其次,在分析了货车停车需求的分类、影响因素以及对比现有的停车需求预测模型的基础上,以容量限制多服务台排队模型为基础构建了货运交通停车需求预测模型,并利用matlab软件对模型进行了数值分析;再次,分析了货运停车场选址的影响因素,并对现有停车场选址模型的特点及适应性进行了归纳总结,借鉴资本收益率的概念,构建了以收益率最高为目标的混合整数非线性规划选址模型;最后,以成都市经开区汽车城南区商品车运输车停车场选址规划作为案例,结合本文所构建停车需求与选址模型,对该区域商品车运输车辆停车场进行了选址分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of industry and Commerce City, a substantial increase in the number of trucks, city freight transport has become an important part of city traffic system. At the same time, the establishment of the construction of modern logistics park and city logistics distribution system, the city logistics industry cluster is more obvious, and relying on the construction of a new large-scale professional market advantage logistics base facilities, will promote the further increase of freight traffic volume, resulting in an increase in the demand of city logistics freight parking demand. Therefore, to improve the land use efficiency to maximize the integration of regional resources, scientific city, freight, freight parking planning reasonable is an important measure to improve the city logistics development under the background of modern parking planning the first parking lot. Freight service object is divided into public transportation and parking dedicated freight parking lot and the two. Organization type parking lot is analyzed, and the truck driver parking characteristics were analyzed; secondly, in the analysis of the classification of truck parking demand, influence factors and comparing the existing parking demand forecasting model based on capacity constraints in multi server queuing model to build freight transportation parking demand forecasting model based on, and the model is analyzed by using MATLAB software; thirdly, analyzes the factors influencing the location of freight parking lot, and the existing parking lot location characteristics and adaptability of the model are summarized, based on the concept of the rate of return on capital, construction of the highest goal as a mixed integer nonlinear programming model to yield the final location; Chengdu City, the car through the open area of South car transport vehicle parking lot planning as a case, this paper constructed parking demand and location mode The location of the parking lot of the vehicle transportation vehicles in this area is analyzed.
