智能立体仓储系统运行效率优化技术研发

【摘要】:当前传统工业已然饱和,物流业作为工商业中重要的一部分,慢慢从自动化向智能化发展,成为企业新的利润增长点。在物流领域,人工智能技术、移动互联网技术、物联网技术的应用使得人们可以通过工业软件更高效的管理整个仓库,以达到效率最高、成本最低、利润最大的目标。本文针对分类存储模式的仓库旨在分析其货物存取流程,深入研究仓库运行过程中的几个关键性问题,优化立体仓储系统运行效率,并开发仓库调度管理系统。论文主要包括以下几个方面的内容:(1)货物归类。货物分类存储首先需要对货物进行分类处理。本文以货物质量、易碎程度、存/取频率这三个关键属性作为分类指标对货物进行分类,为货物分类存储提供参考依据。(2)货架动态分区。本文以各分区货位容差和最小为目标将一个整体的货架逻辑上划分为几个不同的区域,解决了货物随机存储导致存储混乱的问题,达到了优化立体仓储系统运行效率的目的。(3)货位动态分配。本文将效率、离散度、重力对货位优化的影响程度转化为权重,并在此基础上建立以提高周转效率为最终目标的货位优化模型,提出了基于自适应免疫遗传算法的货位优化决策方法。(4)环形轨道穿梭车调度研究。本文针对环形轨道穿梭车调度问题提出了一种基于规则的遗传算法,达到了优化调度结果、提高运算效率的目的。(5)立体仓库智能调度系统设计。在分析系统应用需求的基础上使用VS2010与Qt开发调度管理系统。
[Abstract]:At present, the traditional industry has been saturated, logistics industry as an important part of industry and commerce, slowly from automation to intelligent development, become a new profit growth point of enterprises. In the field of logistics, artificial intelligence technology. The application of mobile Internet technology and Internet of things technology enables people to manage the whole warehouse more efficiently through industrial software in order to achieve the highest efficiency and the lowest cost. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the flow of goods access, to study several key issues in the warehouse operation, and to optimize the efficiency of the storage system. And develop warehouse scheduling management system. This paper mainly includes the following aspects of the content: 1) goods classification. Goods classified storage first need to classify the goods. This paper based on the quality of goods, fragile degree. The three key attributes of storage / fetch frequency are used as classification indicators to classify goods. This paper aims to divide a whole shelf into several different regions logically, aiming at the tolerance and minimization of each area. The problem of storage confusion caused by random storage of goods is solved, and the purpose of optimizing the operation efficiency of stereoscopic storage system is achieved. The influence degree of gravity on cargo location optimization is transformed into weight, and on this basis, a cargo location optimization model with the ultimate goal of improving turnover efficiency is established. This paper presents an adaptive immune genetic algorithm (AIA) based method for optimal cargo location decision. (4) Research on circular rail shuttle vehicle scheduling. In this paper, a rule-based genetic algorithm is proposed for the circular rail shuttle vehicle scheduling problem. The design of the intelligent scheduling system for the three-dimensional warehouse is achieved. The scheduling management system is developed by using VS2010 and QT on the basis of analyzing the application requirements of the system.
