苏宁公司市内移动物流配送系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:苏宁公司是国内实力雄厚的家电连锁企业,其发展至今在资金、管理及软硬件设施方面都有着良好的基础。然而作为家电连锁企业,物流配送是大多数商品交易过程的最终环节,因此如何实现物流配送的高效率、低成本是影响其发展的关键因素。设计基于Android平台的移动物流配送系统,对于改善物流管理有着积极的作用。配送人员通过智能移动终端可以实时获取货物信息,及配送任务信息,并且可以随时随地的向配送调度中心返回自己当前的位置,以及任务完成的结果,让配送调度中心可以及时掌握货物的配送情况及配送人员的状态,以便做出正确的调度决策,实现配送过程的低成本及高效率。本文提出基于Android平台来设计与实现移动物流配送系统,通过百度地图SDK使用百度地图作为系统底图,该SDK提供GPS、WiFi、基站混合定位技术,可以解决单独使用GPS在室内无法定位,以及单独使用基站或WiFi定位不准的问题,可以快速准确的实现位置定位与跟踪,通过对实时移动的配送单位位置的跟踪并结合推送技术,实现物流配送的高效管理管理。使用条形码扫描技术实现对货物信息的准确判断,保证提取配送货物的准确性。并提出在配送路径规划的过程中采用改进的遗传算法进行路径规划,提高配送效率降低配送成本。通过使用该物流配送系统,苏宁公司南宁分公司在物流配送过程中能够及时并准确的获取有效的管理决策信息,将调度管理者与配送员紧密连接,提高了配送效率,减少配送过程中的失误。配送过程中使用路径规划降低了运输成本,为企业快速发展创造了良好的条件。
[Abstract]:SUNING Company is a strong domestic appliance chain enterprise, its development has a good foundation in capital, management and hardware and software facilities. However, as a household appliance chain enterprise. Logistics distribution is the final link of most commodity transaction process, so how to realize the high efficiency of logistics distribution. Low cost is the key factor affecting its development. A mobile logistics distribution system based on Android platform is designed. It plays an active role in improving logistics management. Distribution personnel can obtain goods information and distribution task information in real time through intelligent mobile terminal. And can return to the distribution dispatching center at any time and anywhere to their current position, and the results of the task, so that the distribution center can timely grasp the distribution of goods and the status of distribution personnel. In order to make the correct scheduling decision and realize the low cost and high efficiency of the distribution process, this paper proposes to design and implement the mobile logistics distribution system based on Android platform. By using Baidu map SDK as the system background map, the SDK provides GPS WiFi. the hybrid location technology of base station can solve the problem that GPS alone can not be located indoors. As well as using the base station or WiFi positioning alone the problem of location positioning and tracking can be achieved quickly and accurately through the real-time mobile distribution unit location tracking and push technology. Realize the efficient management and management of logistics distribution, and use bar code scanning technology to realize the accurate judgment of goods information. In order to improve the efficiency of distribution and reduce the cost of distribution, the improved genetic algorithm is proposed in the process of route planning. SUNING company Nanning branch in the process of logistics distribution can timely and accurate access to effective management decision-making information, the dispatch manager and distribution staff are closely linked to improve the efficiency of distribution. The use of route planning in the distribution process reduces the transportation cost and creates good conditions for the rapid development of enterprises.
