轴辐式网络下的集装箱甩挂运输车辆调度优化

【摘要】:甩挂运输是指牵引车按照预定的运行计划,在货物装卸作业点甩下所拖的挂车,换上其他挂车继续运行的运输组织方式。甩挂运输集汽车列车运输与装卸甩挂作业技术于一体,是一种集约、高效的运输组织模式,在提高运输效率、降低物流成本、促进节能减排等方面具有非常显著的优势。在发达国家和新兴工业化国家,公路甩挂运输作为一种先进的运输组织方式,已得到长足发展。目前,我国的甩挂运输发展仍处于起步阶段:牵引车和挂车数量少,拖挂比低,道路货物运输仍然以普通单体货车为主等等,与节能减排和发展现代物流的要求不相适应。国家有管部门非常重视甩挂运输的发展,2009年,交通运输部等五部委联合发布的《关于促进甩挂运输发展的通知》(2009年12月31日,交运发[2009]808号)标志着新一批甩挂运输试点的全面启动。服务于内陆干线集装箱运输体系的支线集疏运甩挂运输,能够充分发挥甩挂运输的优势,提高集装箱货运网络的运输效率。同时,甩挂运输的多调度对象特点与支线网络的轴辐式特点增加了集装箱支线甩挂运输的调度难度。为填补我国甩挂运输理论界对于产业界调度理论支撑的空白,促进我国集装箱甩挂运输产业健康、稳定地发展,从理论层面对甩挂运输组织优化相关问题进行深入研究,以科学的理论指导实践、服务实践,成为当下需要解决的重要课题。本文首先阐述了甩挂运输的概念、组织模式以及在国内外的发展现状。进而基于产业界的通行做法并在分析集装箱甩挂运输实际操作的前提下,建立了以运输路径最短为目标的轴辐式网络非空箱共享集装箱甩挂运输车辆调度问题的模型,并开发三阶段启发式算法对其进行求解。经过进一步对优化空间的分析,提出了轴辐式网络集装箱甩挂运输的空箱共享运营模式,并对相应的车辆调度问题进行建模与求解。经过一系列的仿真算例试验,以及对关键参数的敏感性分析,验证了算法的有效性。最后,对两种运营模式进行对比,验证了空箱共享运营模式较非空箱共享运营模式具有明显的优势。
[Abstract]:Swing and transport refers to the towing vehicle in accordance with the scheduled operation plan, at the cargo loading and unloading operation point dumped towed trailer. At present, the development of dump and hang transportation in our country is still in the initial stage: the number of tractor and trailer is small, the ratio of towing and trailing is low, and the road freight transport is still dominated by ordinary single freight cars and so on. Energy saving and emission reduction and the development of modern logistics requirements are not suitable. National regulatory departments attach great importance to the development of transport, 2009. In order to fill the blank of the theory of industry scheduling in the theory of swing and hang transportation in our country. To promote the healthy and stable development of China's container transport industry, from the theoretical level to the optimization of transport organizations to carry out in-depth research, with scientific theory to guide practice, service practice. It has become an important issue to be solved at present. Firstly, this paper expounds the concept of "swing and hang transport". Organization model and development status at home and abroad. Then based on the industry practices and in the analysis of the actual container transport operation premise. In this paper, the vehicle scheduling model of shaft-spoke network with non-empty container sharing container is established, which takes the shortest transportation path as the target. A three-stage heuristic algorithm is developed to solve the problem. After further analysis of the optimization space, the empty container sharing operation mode of the axle and spoke network container swing and hang transportation is put forward. The corresponding vehicle scheduling problem is modeled and solved. The validity of the algorithm is verified by a series of simulation examples and sensitivity analysis to the key parameters. By comparing the two operation modes, it is proved that the empty box sharing operation mode has obvious advantages over the non-empty box sharing operation mode.
