营口GW货物储运公司员工满意度研究

【摘要】:随着物流产业的快速发展,货物储运等配套行业发展迅速,也为从事货物储运行业的员工带来了更多发展的平台,导致员工的流失率较为严重,影响到企业发展的连续性和服务水平,威胁企业的未来发展。企业只有通过完善人力资源管理机制和激励机制,构建公平合理的人才晋升通道和薪酬体系,才能降低员工流失率。国内货物仓储企业逐步认识到人才对于企业发展的重要性,员工满意度是解决员工流失率高的有效途径,因此员工满意度成为人力资源管理的重点工作。营口GW货物储运公司成立于2002年,在营口发挥外向型经济窗口的作用。由于当前市场竞争激烈,公司面临严峻挑战,高端人才匮乏以及员工流失率居高不下成为该公司人力资源管理部分不容忽视的问题。基于此,本文以营口GW货物储运公司为研究对象,基于员工满意度的基本理论和员工满意度的测量方法,介绍了员工满意度的概念、测量方法,并结合营口GW货物储运公司的现状,对公司员工满意度现状进行问卷调查、研究与分析,发现该公司在员工满意度各个维度所存在的具体问题,同时分析了产生这些问题的原因。最后,本文提出了改进营口GW货物储运公司员工满意度的对策建议。通过对营口GW货物储运公司员工满意度改进对策建议的研究,既可以为公司制定新阶段的人力资源管理体系,对其他货物储运公司的发展也具有一定参考意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics industry, goods storage and transportation and other supporting industries are developing rapidly. It also brings more development platform for the staff engaged in cargo storage and transportation industry, resulting in a serious staff turnover rate. It affects the continuity and service level of the enterprise development and threatens the future development of the enterprise. Only by perfecting the human resource management mechanism and the incentive mechanism, the enterprise can construct a fair and reasonable talent promotion channel and salary system. Domestic goods warehousing enterprises gradually realize the importance of talent for the development of enterprises, employee satisfaction is an effective way to solve the high staff turnover rate. Therefore, employee satisfaction has become the focus of human resource management. Yingkou GW cargo storage and transportation company was established in 2002, in Yingkou to play the role of an export-oriented economic window. Due to the current fierce market competition. The company is faced with severe challenges, the lack of high-end talent and high staff turnover rate become the company's human resources management problems can not be ignored. Based on this, this paper takes Yingkou GW cargo Storage and Transportation Company as the research object. Based on the basic theory of employee satisfaction and the measurement method of employee satisfaction, this paper introduces the concept and method of employee satisfaction, and combines the present situation of Yingkou GW goods Storage and Transportation Company. Through questionnaire survey, research and analysis, the author finds out the specific problems in each dimension of employee satisfaction, and analyzes the causes of these problems. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction of Yingkou GW cargo Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. Through the research on the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction degree of Yingkou GW cargo Storage and Transportation Company. It can not only set up a new stage of human resource management system for the company, but also have some reference significance for the development of other goods storage and transportation companies.
