【摘要】：制造业物流一体化管理的目标是依据物流管理的研究及发展方向,对制造业整个物流过程采取科学的分析,对因物流管理影响企业成本的各项因素进行分析研究,然后对整个物流过程进行整体规划,加强内部管控,对制定措施实施的监管,逐步实现物流管理的程序化、科学化,为制造业降低生产成本,提高产品核心竞争力奠定基础,真正实现物流一体化管理是制造业新的利润增长源泉的管理目标。本文通过对物流一体化相关管理理论的研究及探讨,分析了宁夏金昱元化工集团供销公司物流管理的现状,结合现代物流管理相关理论,总结宁夏金昱元化工集团供销公司物流管理中存在的原料库存偏高、资金占用额过大、财务费用偏高等问题,并结合公司目前及未来的物流信息化管理需求,提出公司在原料、备品备件、产成品运输等方面的物流一体化管理思路,在统购统销的管理要求下,实现公司物流成本最小化和产品价值最大化的管理目标,全面提升宁夏金昱元化工集团各产品的核心竞争力。希望通过本论文的研究,提升宁夏金昱元化工集团供销公司的物流管理水平,提高其核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:The goal of integrated logistics management of manufacturing industry is to adopt scientific analysis on the whole logistics process of manufacturing industry according to the research and development direction of logistics management, and to analyze and study the factors that affect the cost of enterprises because of logistics management. Then the whole logistics process is planned, the internal control is strengthened, the supervision of the establishment measures is carried out, and the procedure and science of logistics management is realized step by step, which lays the foundation for the manufacturing industry to reduce the production cost and improve the core competitiveness of the products. The real realization of integrated logistics management is the management goal of the new profit growth source of manufacturing industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of logistics management in supply and marketing company of Ningxia Jinyuanyuan Chemical Group through the research and discussion of the related management theory of logistics integration. Combined with the relevant theories of modern logistics management, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the logistics management of Ningxia Jinyuanyuan Chemical Group supply and Marketing Company, such as high stock of raw materials, excessive occupation of funds, high financial expenses, etc. Combined with the company's current and future logistics information management needs, put forward the company in raw materials, spare parts, transportation of finished products and other aspects of logistics integration management, under the management requirements of the unified purchase and marketing. To realize the management goal of minimizing the logistics cost and maximizing the product value of the company, and to enhance the core competitiveness of the products of Ningxia Jinyuanyuan Chemical Group in an all-round way. Improve the logistics management level of Ningxia Jinyuanyuan Chemical Group supply and Marketing Company, improve its core competitiveness.
