基于服务创新的蓄冷式多温共配创新驱动与发展路径研究

【摘要】：服务创新是社会更新的引擎,是服务业经济增长的催化剂。本文从蓄冷式多温共配的创新系统及其价值创造过程,蓄冷式多温共配的发展过程及其创新界面,蓄冷式多温共配服务创新的涵义三个方面对蓄冷式多温共配的创新机理进行了分析。然后,又从基于客户导向的科研院所创新驱动,科研院所与物流企业共同合作的创新驱动,服务业者的创新驱动和供应商支配的创新驱动剖析了蓄冷式多温共配在不同物流企业和不同阶段的创新过程,最后提出了创新服务业的发展路径,包括注重与服务业者的共同开发合作以既了解需求又掌握技术前沿;加强服务创新构面之间的配合,尤其要发挥新产业联盟中领导者的作用;强化创新过程的推拉结合,既实现无形概念、知识、流程设计等适度超前又使创新富有生产率;要强化推广应用,尤其随着技术的日趋成熟,要注重服务业者的推动和技术供应者的驱动;发挥政府的推动和激励作用,主要在土地供应和资金补偿方面提供优惠政策。
[Abstract]:Service innovation is the engine of social renewal and the catalyst of economic growth of service industry. This paper analyzes the innovation mechanism of the storage multi-temperature co-matching service from three aspects: the innovation drive of the research institute based on the customer orientation, the innovation drive of the cooperation between the research institute and the logistics enterprise, the innovation drive of the research institute based on the customer orientation, the innovation drive of the cooperation between the research institute and the logistics enterprise, the innovation mechanism of the storage multi-temperature co-distribution service innovation. The innovation drive of the service industry and the innovation driven by the supplier analyze the innovation process of the cold storage multi-temperature co-matching in different logistics enterprises and different stages. Finally, the development path of the innovative service industry is put forward. These include focusing on joint development cooperation with service providers to understand demand and master technological frontiers; strengthening collaboration among service innovation components, especially as leaders in new industrial alliances; and strengthening the combination of push and pull in the innovation process, Not only realize intangible concept, knowledge, process design and so on, but also make innovation rich in productivity, strengthen popularization and application, especially with the maturation of technology, pay attention to the promotion of service industry and the drive of technology supplier. Give play to the government's promotion and incentive role, mainly in land supply and capital compensation to provide preferential policies.
