复杂产品装配物料精细化管控系统

【摘要】:针对复杂产品总装过程中物流高度离散、物料信息动态跟踪困难、可追溯性差等问题,提出一种基于无线射频识别和流程的复杂产品装配物料精细化管控方法,阐述了基于日作业计划的物料配送策略、基于无线射频识别和状态协调的总装物流精细化过程控制、基于无线射频识别的物料动态信息实时采集等关键实现技术。该方法通过引入无线射频识别技术,实现了基于无线射频识别的物料智能标识,并以物料多层次关联模型为基础,通过"装配计划—装配任务—日作业计划"三级管控机制实现了装配物料的精细化管控,为后续质量问题追溯提供了全面、准确、实时的相关数据支撑。设计开发了复杂产品装配物料精细化管控系统,并在航天某企业得到工程应用,效果良好。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of highly discrete logistics, difficult dynamic tracking of material information and poor traceability in the process of assembly of complex products, a detailed control method for assembly materials of complex products based on radio frequency identification (RFID) and process is proposed. The material distribution strategy based on daily operation plan and the fine process control of assembly logistics based on radio frequency identification and state coordination are expounded. The key technologies such as real-time acquisition of material dynamic information based on radio frequency identification (RFID) are introduced to realize the intelligent identification of materials based on radio frequency identification (RFID), which is based on the multi-level correlation model of materials. Through the three-level control mechanism of "assembly plan, assembly task and daily work plan", the detailed control of assembly materials is realized, which provides a comprehensive and accurate way to trace back the quality problems. The design and development of complex product assembly material fine control system, and it has been applied in a spaceflight enterprise, and the effect is good.
