以港口为中心的集装箱甩挂运输调度研究

【摘要】:甩挂运输作为一种先进的运输组织形式,是降低物流成本、保护环境、提高物流效率的重要手段,早已为欧美等西方发达国家和地区所采用。目前,我国道路甩挂运输仍处于试点运行阶段,如何把传统的物流理论运用于甩挂运输行业成为当前研究热点。目前,国内学者关于甩挂运输的研究大多停留在定量分析阶段,关于甩挂运输具体应用方面的研究仍为少数。本文以港口的甩挂运输为出发点,研究了以港口为中心的集装箱甩挂运输调度问题,主要做了如下工作。首先,本文针对国内外关于甩挂运输的研究文献进行归纳总结,并提出本文所研究问题的出发点及意义。然后,本文对甩挂运输基础理论及车辆调度基础理论进行了阐述说明,在此基础上,提出以港口为中心的集装箱甩挂运输进出口作业流程,以集装箱的移动为主要考虑对象,将每个箱子的进出口任务分别划分为两个子任务,并将港口与空箱堆场之间的空箱调运纳入其中,共划分出六种任务类型,按照任务类型对挂车的需求不同将空挂车的调运加入模型中。通过子任务的划分及计算,将客户点取送货的双时间窗问题化为简单的单时间窗问题。最后,本文设计了一种简单的禁忌搜索算法对该问题进行求解,并用Python软件进行编程,通过小型数值例实验及接近实际规模的中型数值例实验来验证算法的有效性,在算法结果分析中,通过传统卡车运输作业模式与甩挂运输作业模式的对比,得出甩挂运输在完成相同任务量的情况下,所需要的牵引车数量更少、单车作业效率更高、时间协调性更好的结果。
[Abstract]:As an advanced form of transportation organization, swing transport is an important means to reduce logistics cost, protect environment and improve logistics efficiency. It has long been adopted by western developed countries and regions, such as Europe and America, etc. At present, How to apply the traditional logistics theory to the transportation industry has become a research hotspot in China. At present, most of the domestic scholars' research on the transport of dumping and hanging has stayed at the stage of quantitative analysis. There are few researches on the specific application of hoisting transportation. In this paper, the scheduling problem of container swing and hang transportation with port as the center is studied, and the main work is as follows: first of all, In this paper, the author summarizes the domestic and foreign research documents about swing and hang transportation, and puts forward the starting point and significance of the problems studied in this paper. Then, this paper expounds the basic theory of swing and hang transportation and the basic theory of vehicle dispatching. On this basis, the port-centered container transfer import and export operation flow is put forward. Taking container movement as the main object of consideration, the import and export tasks of each container are divided into two sub-tasks. The empty container transportation between the port and the empty container yard is included, and six types of tasks are divided. According to the different demands of the task types, the empty trailers are added to the model, and the subtasks are divided and calculated. The double time window problem of customer delivery is transformed into a simple single time window problem. Finally, a simple Tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the problem, and the program is implemented with Python software. The validity of the algorithm is verified by a small numerical example experiment and a medium-sized numerical example experiment near the actual scale. In the analysis of the results of the algorithm, the comparison between the traditional truck transport operation mode and the swing and hang transport operation mode is carried out. The result shows that the number of tractor needed is less, the efficiency of bicycle operation is higher and the coordination of time is better.
