国美电器河北分公司物流运营优化研究

【摘要】：本文描述了选题的背景,采取了科学合理的研究方法,深入分析了国内国外研究现状,首先阐述了论文课题研究的理论基础,主要包括物流基地、配送中心和仓储集约化管理等相关基础理论,加深了物流基地的含义和作用、配送中心的定义和分类等相关知识理论的理解。然后以国美电器河北分公司的物流运营为研究对象,通过分别介绍物流基地和石家庄配送中心的概况和运营现状,提出了物流基地车辆满载率低、物流设备落后、人才匮乏等问题,石家庄配送中心存在配送区域划分简单、车辆调度不科学等问题。最后通过对问题产生的原因进行深层次剖析、认真汇总,并结合物流基地自身情况,提出可行的优化改进措施。在仓储管理方面,对仓储软硬件进行优化、对仓储内物流人才制定培养措施,对仓储内外科学规划布局并逐步实现河北国美仓储面积的集约化管理,进而减少库存商品积压,加速资金周转。在商品运输管理方面,通过定性与定量的分析比较,提出可行的物流调拨线路优化方案,合并、规整城际调拨线路,从而降低调拨成本,保证二级配送的高效性和准确性,同时,拓宽物流基地的运营理念,重新划分石家庄市的宅配区域,对配送车辆全面安装定位系统,规范宅配作业流程,对承运商制定严格的考核制度,从多方面、多角度,采取多举措来保障商品的运输和配送。本文针对河北国美物流当前物流运营中所存在的问题,提出了初步的优化解决方法和策略,力争实现降低运营成本、提高作业效率和提升核心竞争力的企业目标,期望能对河北国美物流的发展起到积极推动的作用,也为家电业物流配送工作提供借鉴意义,促进家电物流业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the background, adopt scientific and reasonable research methods, in-depth analysis of the status of domestic and foreign research, firstly expounds the theoretical foundation of the research, mainly including logistics base, distribution center and warehouse set based intensive management theory, with deep meanings and functions of the logistics base, definition and classification etc. the relevant knowledge of the distribution center. Then to understand Gome Hebei branch of the logistics operation as the research object, through respectively introduces the situation and operational status of logistics base and distribution center in Shijiazhuang, a low rate of full vehicle logistics base, logistics equipment is backward, problems such as shortage of talent, there is division of distribution area distribution center in Shijiazhuang simple, vehicle scheduling are not scientific. Finally, the causes of the problems deeply, serious summary, combined with their own logistics base The situation, put forward the feasible improvement measures. In warehouse management, warehousing of hardware and software optimization of warehouse logistics personnel training measures of warehouse and scientific layout and gradually realize the intensive management of Hebei Gome storage area, thereby reducing the backlog of goods inventory, accelerate the turnover of the fund in goods transport management. Through the analysis, qualitative and quantitative comparison, put forward feasible allocation with logistics route optimization scheme, the allocation of regular intercity lines, so as to reduce the allocation cost, ensure efficient two stage distribution and accuracy, at the same time, broaden the logistics base concept of operations, the delivery area re division of Shijiazhuang City, the distribution of vehicles full installation the positioning system, standardize delivery processes, strict assessment system on the carrier, from many aspects, multi angle, transportation and distribution to take more initiatives to protect the goods. According to the existing Hebei Gome logistics current logistics operation problems, puts forward the preliminary optimization solutions and strategies, and strive to achieve to reduce operating costs, improve operational efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, to actively promote the growth of the Hebei Gome logistics, also provide reference for the home appliance industry logistics the distribution of work, and promote the healthy development of logistics industry.
