基于信息技术的港口堆场散货管理与作业流程优化

【摘要】:随着港口物流和信息技术的发展,港口堆场信息化管理受到世界各地的高度重视。然而大宗散货由于其自身的特殊性,信息化管理程度不高,且堆场作业流程过于复杂,传统的大宗散货计量方式已无法满足业务快速增长的需求。因此,如何提高港口堆场散货管理的信息化水平,简化堆场作业流程具有重要的研究价值和现实意义。基于以上原因,本文研究内容及成果如下:(1)通过对营口港散货业务的实际调研和其它港口的理论研究,分析了港口堆场散货管理现存的主要问题。以信息技术和港口物流等理论知识为基础,借助国内外港口堆场散货管理的发展趋势建立了物流信息系统功能模型,同时对该模型中的主要作业流程进行优化。港口堆场信息化方案设计引入RFID等信息技术,简化了业务流程,提高了堆场作业效率。(2)为更好地利用散货码头的堆场资源,以煤炭码头堆场为研究对象,结合煤炭码头堆场管理的特点,利用知识工程中的规则推理方法建立了煤炭码头堆场分配模型。通过可分配区域划分、设备和堆场匹配以及最优区域选择等,为煤炭码头提供有效的堆场分配策略。堆场分配模型结合了某港口堆场的真实数据,通过Matlab仿真实验表明,该分配策略一定程度上提高了堆场占用率和作业效率。(3)针对码头堆场大宗散货计量难的问题,提出基于双目视觉的堆场煤散货测量方法,即通过反映煤堆体积变化来显示货物堆存情况。利用摄像头采集规则化预处理后的煤堆图像,经立体标定、立体匹配、三维重建以及体积计算得出煤堆体积。通过Matlab仿真实验表明,本文提出的测量方法有利于实现煤炭码头堆场可视化管理,且该方法简单,成本较低,可以推广应用到其他堆场散货管理中。综上所述,本文分析了港口散货管理存在的问题,并提出通过信息化技术解决问题,实验分析表明本文的研究内容可以提高港口散货管理信息化水平,优化堆场作业流程,对港口企业的转型与发展具有重要的理论与实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of port logistics and information technology, the information management of port yard is highly valued all over the world. However, because of its own particularity, the information management level is not high, and the process of yard operation is too complex. The traditional method of bulk cargo measurement can no longer meet the demand of rapid growth of business. Therefore, how to improve the information level of bulk cargo management in port yard, Simplifying the operation flow of the yard has important research value and practical significance. Based on the above reasons, the contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1) through the actual investigation of the bulk cargo business in Yingkou Port and the theoretical study of other ports, The main problems of bulk cargo management in port yard are analyzed. Based on the theoretical knowledge of information technology and port logistics, the function model of logistics information system is established with the help of the development trend of bulk cargo management in port yard at home and abroad. At the same time, the main operation flow in the model is optimized. The information scheme design of port yard introduces information technology such as RFID, simplifies the business process, improves the efficiency of yard operation, and makes better use of the yard resources of bulk cargo wharf. Taking the coal wharf yard as the research object and combining the characteristics of the coal wharf yard management, the paper establishes the distribution model of the coal wharf yard by using the rule reasoning method in the knowledge engineering. The matching of equipment and yard and the selection of optimal area provide an effective strategy of yard allocation for coal wharf. The model of yard distribution combines the real data of a port yard, and the Matlab simulation results show that, The allocation strategy improves to some extent the occupancy rate and operational efficiency of the yard. Aiming at the difficulty of bulk bulk cargo measurement in the dock yard, a binocular vision based measurement method for bulk coal cargo in the yard is put forward. That is to say, by reflecting the volume change of the coal pile to show the storage of the goods. Using the camera to collect the image of the coal pile after regular preprocessing, after stereo calibration, stereo matching, Three-dimensional reconstruction and volume calculation are used to calculate the volume of coal pile. The Matlab simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is helpful to realize the visual management of coal wharf yard, and the method is simple and low in cost. In summary, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the port bulk cargo management, and proposes to solve the problems through information technology. The experimental analysis shows that the research content of this paper can improve the information level of port bulk cargo management, optimize the operation flow of yard, and have important theoretical and practical significance for the transformation and development of port enterprises.
