基于RFID技术的废旧家电回收模式及回收决策研究

【摘要】:废旧家电产品被称为“城市矿山”,其中富含大量的可再生利用资源与稀有金属,废旧家电产品的回收与再利用是节约原生资源,实现循环经济的重要举措。然而目前废旧家电产品的回收呈现混乱、无序的状态,缺乏有效的回收模式,造成废旧家电回收率低下,且随意丢弃的废旧家电产品对环境造成了严重的破坏。有效的废旧家电回收决策,是实现资源再利用的关键,目前市场大多依靠经验进行回收决策,导致无法“物尽其用”,如对于结构功能完整的零部件可以再重用,或结构损伤的零部件可以进行再制造恢复其功能完整性和强度保持率,正确的处理决策将大大提高回收利用率。 针对以上问题,本文提出了基于RFID技术废旧家电逆向物流体系的构建方案。将RFID技术引入废旧家电逆向物流中,首先根据消费者行为意向与政府驱动两方面设计了基于RFID技术的废旧家电回收模式。利用RFID技术特性,设计了废旧家电逆向物流过程,并对家电产品生命周期中各个阶段记录的RFID标签内容进行了研究。其次,通过RFID标签所记录的信息结合人工检测信息建立了废旧家电质量评价模型,运用AHP-模糊综合评价法对模型求解,得到废旧家电质量等级,根据质量等级对废旧家电产品进行处理决策,最后应用Microsoft Visual Studio2010软件开发工具编制废旧家电质量评价程序,使评价过程更加快捷。开展RFID技术在废旧家电逆向物流中的应用研究,对于废旧家电信息化管理以及循环经济产业链的形成具有深远的意义。
[Abstract]:Waste household appliances products are called "urban mines", in which a large number of renewable resources and rare metals are rich, recycling and reuse of used household appliances products is to save primary resources. The important measures to realize recycling economy. However, at present, the recovery of used household appliances is chaotic, disorderly, and lack of effective recycling mode, resulting in a low recovery rate of used household appliances. The waste household appliances discarded at will have caused serious damage to the environment. Effective decision-making of recycling waste appliances is the key to realize the reuse of resources. At present, most of the market relies on experience to make recycling decisions. Resulting in a failure to "make the best use of", such as the reuse of structural and functional parts, or the ability to remanufacture damaged parts to restore their functional integrity and strength retention, The correct processing decision will greatly improve the recovery utilization rate. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the construction scheme of reverse logistics system of waste household appliances based on RFID technology, and introduces RFID technology into reverse logistics of used household appliances. Firstly, according to the consumer behavior intention and the government drive, this paper designs the recycling mode of waste household appliances based on RFID technology. Using the characteristics of RFID technology, the reverse logistics process of waste appliances is designed. The content of RFID tags recorded in every phase of the life cycle of household appliances is studied. Secondly, the quality evaluation model of used household appliances is established by combining the information recorded by RFID tags with manual inspection information. The model is solved by using AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the quality grade of waste household appliances is obtained. According to the quality grade, the waste household appliances products are processed and made decision. Finally, the evaluation program of waste household appliances quality is compiled by using Microsoft Visual Studio2010 software development tool. The research on the application of RFID technology in reverse logistics of waste household appliances is of great significance to the information management of waste appliances and the formation of circular economy industry chain.
