N集团金融仓储风险管理研究

【摘要】：国内金融仓储业务经过十几年的快速发展,取得了显著的成绩。但发展时间仍较短,仍处于起步阶段。本文研究的目的是在金融仓储行业风险管理问题凸显的大背景下,通过对国内外金融仓储业务风险管理的研究,为N集团金融仓储业务的开展提供支持,并对运作过程中的风险管理问题提出相应的对策措施。本文以N集团为研究对象,首先介绍了本文研究的背景、目的和意义,简要梳理了下国内外金融仓储的研究情况,重点整理国内近年在金融仓储风险管理方面的研究情况,明确本文研究的目的和范围。在深入分析金融仓储及其风险管理相关理论的基础上,介绍了仓储、金融仓储的概念、特点和几种主要的业务模式的特点及流程,并将金融仓储业务风险管理的类型进行了分类。其次,在深入分析金融仓储及其风险管理相关理论的基础上,介绍了国内仓储融资行业发展现状以及风险管理现状,同时对国内外金融仓储行业的风险管理现状进行了差距比较。第三,介绍了 N集团的发展历程和传统物流业务开展的情况,对于已开展的金融仓储业务的类型和运作流程进行说明。主要从项目评审机制、人员道德风险、质押物风险管理、风险预警等四个方面进行分析,整理出N集团金融仓储业务的风险管理存在的问题。最后,本文结合对N集团的金融仓储业务的深入分析,从N集团金融仓储风险管理的整体发展规划出发,提出积极参与行业标准化、信息化的重要性,并由此提出项目评审、道德风险、质押物管理、风险预警等方面的风险管理对策。为了更加全面的解决相关风险管理问题,又补充了文本资料管理、陪训以及配套保险服务的风险管理对策。最终有针对性的提出N集团金融仓储业务风险管理问题的解决对策。金融仓储业务由于发展时间较短,在国内的实际运作中还没有足够的经验能借鉴。本文旨在通过对N集团金融仓储业务现状和风险管理的研究,找出其相应的对策。论文的研究内容和结论可以为N集团在开展金融仓储业务的实践中提供借鉴和理论指导。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years of rapid development, domestic financial warehousing business has made remarkable achievements. However, the development time is still short, and it is still in its infancy. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the risk management problems in financial warehousing industry. Through the research on risk management of financial warehousing business at home and abroad, this paper provides support for the development of financial warehousing business of N Group, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the risk management problems in the course of operation. First of all, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of this study, briefly combs the domestic and foreign financial warehousing research situation, focusing on the domestic financial warehousing risk management research in recent years. The purpose and scope of this paper are clarified. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the relevant theories of financial warehousing and its risk management, this paper introduces the concepts, characteristics and characteristics of several major business models and processes of warehousing and financial warehousing. The types of risk management in financial warehousing business are classified. Secondly, based on the in-depth analysis of the theory of financial warehousing and risk management, this paper introduces the current situation of domestic warehousing financing industry development and risk management. At the same time, the gap between domestic and foreign financial warehousing industry risk management status is compared. Thirdly, the development of N Group and the development of traditional logistics business are introduced. Explain the type and operation process of the financial warehousing business that has been carried out. It mainly analyzes from four aspects: project evaluation mechanism, personnel moral hazard, pledge risk management, risk early warning, etc. Finally, based on the in-depth analysis of the financial warehousing business of N Group, this paper starts from the overall development plan of risk management of financial warehousing in N Group. The importance of actively participating in the standardization and informatization of the industry is put forward, and the countermeasures of risk management in the aspects of project review, moral hazard, pledge management, risk warning and so on are put forward in order to solve the related risk management problems in a more comprehensive way. It also adds the risk management countermeasures of text data management, accompanying training and supporting insurance services. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the risk management problems of N group financial warehousing business. The development of financial warehousing business is relatively short. There is not enough experience to use for reference in the actual operation of China. This paper aims to study the current situation and risk management of financial warehousing business in N Group. The research contents and conclusions of this paper can provide reference and theoretical guidance for N Group in the practice of developing financial warehousing business.
