联系网络对我国城市经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术、交通运输的快速发展,城市间的联系日益广泛,已不再局限于空间邻近城市,而是逐渐形成多方向的联系网络,网络中城市通过交通流、信息流、物流等相互作用。近年来,我国各城市间的联系不断增强,联系网络也越来越复杂,然而除了基于城市联系对城市体系的空间格局进行划分,还有必要研究城市通过联系网络产生的经济作用,探讨联系网络对中国城市经济增长的影响。为了研究联系网络,本文基于引力模型通过市辖区非农人口、城市间距离构建了联系网络的测度指标—网络通量,网络通量表示城市间相互联系的大小。本文分别从省区尺度和国家尺度绘制我国2005年和2014年地级以上城市的最大引力联结线分布图,对比看出,随着时间的推移,网络中的节点城市逐渐增多,城市间的联系不断加强,我国城市间联系网络趋于完善;而且,本文又分别对比了2005年和2014年地级以上城市市辖区的网络通量和经济总量的大小,发现二者之间存在一定相关性。为了定量分析联系网络与中国城市经济增长的关系,本文将联系网络引入生产函数模型,并结合传统生产要素对我国2005-2014年260个地级以上城市市辖区数据进行实证分析。检验结果表明:一方面,在国家尺度和省区尺度两种形式的联系网络中,固定资产投资仍是推动我国城市经济增长的重要因素,中国城市目前经济的增长仍离不开物质资本的投入,但是回归结果表明联系网络对我国城市经济的增长也有显著影响,而且有正向促进作用,二者相比,联系网络对城市经济增长的作用还是没有内部生产要素的作用大,但是一个城市要提高经济增长除了增加自身生产要素的投入,城市间的联系网络作用也不容忽视;另一方面,通过不同尺度的联系网络对比,国家尺度的联系网络对城市经济增长的影响要大于省区尺度的联系网络对城市经济增长的影响,这说明一个城市在加强同外界城市的联系时,更重要的是加强全国范围的城市联系网络。除此之外,本文还分别从国家尺度和省区尺度对我国四大地区进行了联系网络对城市经济增长影响的实证分析,结果显示:从地区角度来看,我国不同地区的联系网络对城市经济增长的影响不同,其中,中部地区的联系网络对该地区的经济增长没有显著影响,而东部、西部和东北地区的联系网络对城市经济增长有显著的促进作用,并且东北地区的联系网络作用最大。从不同尺度来看,同一地区国家尺度和省区尺度的联系网络对该地区城市经济增长的影响也存在差别,东部地区省区尺度的联系网络对城市经济增长的影响大于国家尺度,西部地区国家尺度的联系网络对城市经济增长的影响大于省区尺度,而东北地区国家尺度的联系网络对城市经济增长的影响与省区尺度相差不大。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and transportation, the relationship between cities is becoming more and more extensive, which is no longer confined to the adjacent cities, but has gradually formed a multi-direction network, in which the cities pass through the traffic flow and the information flow. Logistics and other interactions. In recent years, the links between cities in China have been increasing, and the network of contacts has become more and more complex. However, apart from dividing the spatial pattern of urban systems based on urban linkages, It is also necessary to study the economic role of cities through the connection network and the impact of the network on the economic growth of Chinese cities. In order to study the contact network, this paper based on the gravity model through the non-agricultural population in the municipal area. The network flux is a measure of the distance between cities. The network flux represents the degree of interconnectedness between cities. In this paper, the distribution of the maximum gravitational linkage lines of cities above the prefectural level in 2005 and 2014 are plotted from the provincial scale and the national scale, respectively. The comparison shows that, with the passage of time, The number of node cities in the network is increasing gradually, and the connection between cities is becoming stronger and stronger. Moreover, this paper compares the network flux and the total economic volume of prefecture-level urban districts in 2005 and 2014, respectively. In order to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the contact network and the urban economic growth in China, this paper introduces the connection network into the production function model. Combined with the traditional factors of production, the data of 260 prefectural and municipal districts in China from 2005 to 2014 are analyzed empirically. The results show that, on the one hand, in the network of national scale and provincial scale, Fixed assets investment is still an important factor to promote the urban economic growth in China. The current economic growth of Chinese cities is still inseparable from the input of material capital. However, the regression results show that the link network also has a significant impact on the growth of urban economy in China. And it has a positive promotion role. Compared with the two, the role of the connecting network in urban economic growth is still not as great as that of the internal factors of production. However, if a city wants to increase its economic growth, it will not only increase its own input into the factors of production. On the other hand, the influence of national scale network on urban economic growth is greater than that of provincial scale network on urban economic growth. This shows that when a city is strengthening its ties with outside cities, it is more important to strengthen its network of cities across the country. In addition, The paper also makes an empirical analysis of the impact of the network on the urban economic growth from the national scale and the provincial and regional scale. The results show that: from the regional point of view, Different regions of China have different impacts on urban economic growth. Among them, the network in the central region has no significant impact on the economic growth of the region, while in the east, The connection network between the west and the northeast has a significant effect on the urban economic growth, and the network in the northeast is the most important. From different scales, There are also differences between the influence of the network of the national scale and the provincial scale on the urban economic growth in the same region, and the influence of the scale of the eastern region on the urban economic growth is greater than that of the national scale. The influence of the national scale network on the urban economic growth in the western region is greater than that on the provincial scale, while the influence of the national scale network on the urban economic growth in the northeast region is not different from that of the provincial scale.
