基于A20的多频段RFID读写器软件设计与实现

【摘要】:在当今管理、物流、交通等领域,物联网技术已得到广泛利用,其广大的应用前景使其得到迅猛的发展,射频识别技术(RFID)长久以来被各国视为物联网技术发展的关键。读写器作为RFID系统应用的重要环节,直接决定了RFID技术发展和推广,研制一款高性能RFID读写器具有重要的科研意义。本文针对目前国内RFID读写器在仓储管理、物流方面的功能单一,性价比低的应用问题,介绍了一款支持多频段RFID功能的读写器的软件设计与实现。使得该读写器同时具备超高频ISO 18000-6B/6C协议,以及微波频段2.45GHz的GB/T28925协议的功能。其中,超高频段的RFID模块功能满足了对大量带有超高频的无源标签的物品设备盘点,归纳;微波频段的RFID模块功能满足带有一定距离的2.45GHz有源标签的盘点,同时在软件上采用合理的算法,设计了两种模块在读写器中独立工作,面对不同的应用场合,采用同一读写器,选择合适频段的RFID模块工作,大大减少了人力成本,提高了读写器使用效率,具有非常广阔的应用前景。本文首先介绍了RFID技术及其应用发展情况,通过实际功能需求分析,介绍了多频段RFID读写器使用A20作为处理器,Android作为操作系统的整体架构,再依次介绍了硬件架构以及方案,根据多频段RFID读写器软件方案,并根据Android系统的软件架构特性提出了所运用的软件编程知识,随后,根据两种频段的RFID读写核心模块的软件协议需求,按照读写核心模块的驱动程序以及中间控制程序、Android应用程序以及PC端上位机程序设计的顺序,完成和实现了整个软件设计。通过最后的软件测试结果总结设计不足之处并提出未来工作的展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, Internet of things technology has been widely used in the fields of management, logistics, transportation and so on. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has long been regarded as the key to the development of Internet of things technology in many countries. As an important part of the application of RFID system, the reader directly determines the development and popularization of RFID technology. It is of great significance to develop a high-performance RFID reader. This paper aims at the application of RFID reader in warehouse management, logistics and low cost performance. This paper introduces the software design and implementation of a reader that supports multi-band RFID function. The reader has the functions of UHF ISO 18000-6B/6C protocol and microwave band 2.45GHz GB/T28925 protocol. The RFID module function of the UHF band can satisfy the inventory of a large number of items with UHF passive label, and the RFID module function of the microwave frequency band can satisfy the inventory of the active 2.45GHz tag with a certain distance. At the same time, two modules are designed to work independently in the reader by using reasonable algorithm in the software. In the face of different applications, the same reader is used to select the appropriate frequency band RFID module to work, which greatly reduces the labor cost. It improves the efficiency of the reader and has a very broad application prospect. Firstly, this paper introduces the RFID technology and its application development, and analyzes the actual functional requirements. This paper introduces the whole architecture of multiband RFID reader using A20 as processor and RFID as operating system, and then introduces the hardware architecture and scheme in turn, according to the software scheme of multiband RFID reader, According to the software architecture characteristic of Android system, the software programming knowledge is put forward, and then, according to the software protocol requirement of two kinds of RFID read and write core module, According to the driver of the read and write core module, the intermediate control program and the Android application program and PC PC program design order, The software design is completed and realized. The shortcomings of the design are summarized through the final software test results and the prospect of future work is put forward.
