德邻陆港无车承运人系统化解决方案研究

【摘要】：无车承运人作为一种新型运作模式,将运输市场经营主体、运力资源、信息资源等进行全面整合,利用互联网开放运营平台,实现优质高效、各方利益共赢,对于整合物流行业市场资源、规范各项业务标准和实现信息流智能化追溯,促进物流行业整体的转型升级具有重要意义。论文面向无车承运人试点,结合鞍钢汽车运输有限责任公司德邻陆港分公司案例,提出从资源整合、运营方案设计、运营保障体系建立,到信息平台功能设计与实现的系统化解决方案,为无车承运人试点和实际运营提供了案例参考,具有借鉴意义。资源整合方面,针对无车承运人车货优化配置问题,建立了有机会约束条件的无车承运人运力资源优化配置模型,并利用神经网络混合算法和粒子群算法进行了模型求解,验证了数学模型及其算法的实用性和有效性。运营方案设计方面,论文在现状分析和问题总结的基础上,从业务流程框架、货源整合组织、专线联盟、服务质量管理、运营方案实施五个方面,从技术角度,给出了无车承运人运营方案;通过整车下单和零担业务盈利模式的设计和盈利分析,分析了运营方案的经济可行性;给出了无车承运人运营保障体系方案,内容包括组织保障体系、服务保障体系和诚信保障体系。最终,形成了一套内容全面的、有针对性的无车承运人运营设计方案。信息平台功能设计方面,鉴于信息平台建设是无车承运人运营成败、效率高低以及资源配置水平的技术保障,论文进行了信息平台功能需求分析,提出了基于三层C/S总体架构的系统设计思路,给出了系统整体功能模块设计方案,给出了功能界面、运行环境条件以及具体实现方案。案例研究表明,论文提出的无车承运人系统化解决方案具备如下特点和优越性:运价标准化、服务规范化、线上线下深度融合、在线支付交易、数据和业务扩展性强、可操作性强。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of operation, car-free carrier integrates the main body of transportation market, transportation capacity resources, information resources and so on, and makes use of the open operation platform of the Internet to realize high quality and high efficiency, and the interests of all parties win together.It is of great significance to integrate the market resources of logistics industry, standardize various business standards, realize intelligent traceability of information flow, and promote the transformation and upgrading of logistics industry as a whole.Based on the case of Diliao dry Port Branch of Anshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the paper puts forward the following aspects: resource integration, operation scheme design, operation guarantee system establishment, etc.The systematic solution to the function design and implementation of the information platform provides a case reference for the pilot and actual operation of the carrier without vehicle.In the aspect of resource integration, aiming at the problem of optimal allocation of vehicle and cargo for non-vehicle carrier, a model of optimal allocation of capacity of non-vehicle carrier with opportunity constraints is established, and the model is solved by neural network hybrid algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm.The practicability and validity of the mathematical model and its algorithm are verified.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation and the summary of the problems, the thesis from five aspects of business process framework, supply integration organization, special line alliance, service quality management, operation plan implementation, from the technical point of view,The economic feasibility of the operation scheme is analyzed through the design and profit analysis of the profit mode of the whole vehicle order and the carload business, and the scheme of the operation guarantee system for the carrier without vehicle is given.The contents include the organizational security system, the service security system and the integrity security system.Finally, a set of comprehensive, targeted operation design scheme for vehicle-free carrier is formed.In the aspect of function design of information platform, in view of the fact that the construction of information platform is the technical guarantee of the success or failure of the carrier's operation, the level of efficiency and the level of resource allocation, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the information platform.The design idea of the system based on the three-layer C / S architecture is put forward, the design scheme of the whole function module of the system is given, the function interface, the running environment condition and the concrete realization scheme are given.The case study shows that the proposed systematic solution has the following characteristics and advantages: standardization of freight rate, standardization of service, deep integration of on-line and offline, online payment transaction, strong expansibility of data and business.Strong maneuverability.
