中山钦嘉灯饰家用LED灯具设计

【摘要】：家用灯具是与我们关系最为密切的消费产品之一,它在家居生活中扮演着至关重要的角色。近年来,随着LED光源在家用照明领域的大规模使用,在很大程度上改变了我们传统的照明观念和生活方式,同时在家用灯具造型设计上也带来了革新。论文以中山钦嘉灯饰家用LED灯具设计项目为依托,旨在开发家用LED灯具产品。通过市场调研,总结出家用灯具的主要分类、市场现状及发展趋势,分析得出LED灯具有DIY设计、光源隐藏式设计、平面化设计三种设计方式,为设计方案奠定理论基础。调研表明,钦嘉灯饰主要将标准螺口的LED灯泡简单“移植”到以白炽灯节能灯泡为光源的灯具中。一方面,这种方法并没有真正利用好LED光源的特性；另一方面,由于LED与白炽灯节能灯发光角度的不同,也使得替换过LED灯泡的灯具出现半亮半黑的弊端。同时,结合钦嘉灯饰线上商城的营销状况,发现存在在物流过程中由于灯具破损带来的交易纠纷和售后安装等问题。以20—35岁灯具用户的需求为向导,以居室常用的小件壁灯和吊灯类型为设计对象,针对现有问题,运用LED光源的优良特性和DIY设计法开发灯具产品。在对灯具定位时,通过对LED光源种类的选择、材质的考量、结构的简化,降低灯具的运输风险,同时也使灯具的安装更为简易。最后在拟定的方案中完成设计优选,确定最终方案,完成设计任务。
[Abstract]:Household lighting is one of the most closely related consumer products, it plays a vital role in household life.In recent years, with the large-scale use of LED light source in the field of household lighting, to a large extent has changed our traditional lighting concept and lifestyle, at the same time in the design of household lighting has also brought innovation.Based on Zhongshan Qinjia Lighting Home LED Lighting Design Project, this paper aims to develop household LED lamps and lanterns.Through market research, this paper summarizes the main classification, market status and development trend of household lamps, and concludes that there are three design methods of LED lamps: DIY design, hidden light source design and planarization design, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design scheme.The investigation shows that the LED light bulb with standard snails is simply transplanted to the lamp with incandescent energy saving light bulb.On the one hand, this method does not really make good use of the characteristics of LED light source; on the other hand, because of the difference of luminous angle between LED and incandescent energy saving lamp, it also makes the lamp that replaced the LED light bulb appear half bright and half black.At the same time, combined with the marketing situation of Qinjia Lighting Mall, it is found that there are some problems in the process of logistics, such as trade disputes and after-sale installation caused by lamp breakage.Based on the needs of the 20-35 year old lamp users and taking the small wall lamp and chandelier type commonly used in the room as the design object, aiming at the existing problems, using the excellent characteristics of the LED light source and the DIY design method to develop the lamps and lanterns products.In the positioning of lamps and lanterns, the choice of LED light source, the consideration of material, the simplification of structure, reduce the transportation risk of lamps and lanterns, at the same time, make the installation of lamps and lanterns easier.Finally, in the proposed scheme to complete the design selection, determine the final project, complete the design task.
