兰州JST物流公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:兰州JST物流公司成立于2001年,十多年来一直致力于为客户提供优质高效的以铁路集装箱运输为主、其他运输方式为辅的多式联运物流服务。宏观经济增速逐步放缓,铁路运输成本日益上涨,行业竞争逐渐加剧,行业改革日趋深化,以区域铁路集装箱物流为主的发展战略已经不能满足企业的发展需要。本文旨在应用战略管理理论对企业所处环境及自身资源进行深入分析,提出新的发展战略以及实施措施。通过对外部环境及内部资源的综合分析和判断,提出战略联盟与国际化相结合的公司层发展战略。具体内容是:第一,通过协助客户拓展融资渠道、创新融资模式,与客户建立战略联盟;与供应商建立更为紧密的联盟关系,共同为客户创造价值;与行业竞争者实现竞争中的合作,推动行业的进步;第二,最大限度的发挥企业资源优势,抓住国家西部大开发,“一路一带”,产业结构调整升级等政策机遇,塑造企业品牌,重塑企业核心竞争力,不断实现新的市场突破,提升企业盈利能力。而在业务层,公司选择了差异化的发展战略。第一,通过物流信息系统的开发和应用,现有办公自动化系统以及财务管理系统的升级,提升企业数据收集、存储、传输、处理以及输出的效率,提升企业管理水平、运营效率和服务水平;第二,大力推动“物流+金融”模式的发展,丰富企业物流产品,提升服务附加值,为公司层战略联盟的实现提供机会和支持,提升核心竞争力。物流行业正经历着从传统模式向现代模式的快速转变,JST物流公司应抓住政策机遇以及行业变革契机,沿着与客户、供应商甚至竞争者建立战略联盟,同时国际化的新战略方向,不断创新物流模式和物流产品,最终实现市场份额的不断增加和利润的持续增长。
[Abstract]:Lanzhou JST Logistics Company was founded in 2001, and has been committed to providing customers with high quality and high efficiency multimodal logistics service, mainly in railway container transportation and supplemented by other transportation modes.The macro-economic growth rate is slowing down gradually, the railway transportation cost is rising day by day, the industry competition is becoming more and more serious, the industry reform is deepening day by day, the development strategy based on the regional railway container logistics has been unable to meet the development needs of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to apply the theory of strategic management to analyze the environment and resources of enterprises, and to put forward new development strategies and implementation measures.Based on the comprehensive analysis and judgment of external environment and internal resources, this paper puts forward the development strategy of company level which combines strategic alliance with internationalization.The specific contents are as follows: first, by assisting customers to expand financing channels, innovate financing models, establish strategic alliances with customers, establish closer alliance relations with suppliers, and jointly create value for customers;To cooperate with competitors in the competition to promote the progress of the industry; second, to maximize the advantages of enterprise resources and seize policy opportunities such as the large-scale development of the country's western region, "Belt and Road", and industrial restructuring and upgrading.Mold enterprise brand, reshape enterprise core competition ability, realize new market breakthrough ceaselessly, promote enterprise profit ability.At the business level, the company has chosen a differentiated development strategy.First, through the development and application of logistics information system, the upgrading of existing office automation system and financial management system, the efficiency of enterprise data collection, storage, transmission, processing and output is improved, and the level of enterprise management is improved.Operational efficiency and service level; second, vigorously promote the development of "logistics finance" model, enrich enterprise logistics products, enhance the added value of services, provide opportunities and support for the realization of strategic alliances, enhance the core competitiveness.The logistics industry is undergoing a rapid transformation from the traditional model to the modern model. JST logistics companies should seize the opportunity of policy and industry change, and follow the new strategic direction of establishing strategic alliances with customers, suppliers and even competitors, while internationalizing.Constantly innovating logistics mode and logistics products, and finally realizing the continuous increase of market share and profit.
