大数据背景下寄递物流领域犯罪打防对策研究

【摘要】：当前寄递物流领域的犯罪类型主要包括寄递企业内部从业人员、收寄件端以及与寄递业务无关人员实施的犯罪。寄递物流领域犯罪原因可从寄递物流企业、犯罪嫌疑人、监管部门和被害人四个维度去考量。为有效打击和预防寄递物流领域犯罪,在打击方面,要加强寄递物流大数据基础建设、专业队伍建设及情报网络建设;在预防方面,要建立寄递物流从业人员审查、备案制度,加强寄递物流系统的安全建设,提高检测技术,完善查验制度,加强对广大群众安全防范意识的宣传教育,加强对寄递物流企业相关从业人员的教育培训工作和权益保护,加强对快递代收、代寄等服务点的监管。
[Abstract]:At present, the crime types in the field of mail and delivery logistics mainly include the internal employees of the sending and delivery enterprises, the receiving and sending terminals and the crimes committed by those who have nothing to do with the sending and delivery business.The causes of crime in the field of mail logistics can be considered from four dimensions: logistics enterprises, criminal suspects, regulatory authorities and victims.In order to effectively crack down on and prevent crimes in the field of courier logistics, it is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction of big data, the construction of professional teams and the construction of information networks in the field of courier logistics. In the field of prevention, it is necessary to establish a system for the examination and filing of personnel engaged in the field of mail and delivery logistics,Strengthen the security construction of the delivery logistics system, improve the inspection technology, perfect the inspection system, strengthen the publicity and education on the safety prevention consciousness of the masses, and strengthen the education and training work and the protection of the rights and interests of the relevant employees of the sending and delivery logistics enterprises.Strengthen the express delivery collection, delivery and other service points of supervision.
