烟草成品物流系统设备维护管理及故障诊断系统

【摘要】:针对烟草自动化物流系统设备管理粗放落后、故障维修效率低下的现状,依托绵阳卷烟厂“烟草物流系统设备维护管理及故障诊断系统”项目,结合先进的设备维护管理理念和智能故障诊断技术,研究了面向烟草成品物流系统的设备维护管理及故障诊断系统设计与实现。根据烟草成品物流系统的组成结构,采用OPC技术构建了数据采集系统,实现了物流设备状态信息的在线实时获取。借鉴烟草行业倡导的“六精”设备管理模式,在总结现有设备管理方法的基础上,优化完善了设备维护管理项目和流程,开发了设备维护管理系统,实现了烟草成品物流系统设备维护管理的信息化、标准化。综合故障树分析法与规则推理的技术优势,开发了故障诊断专家系统;针对系统诊断推理过程中出现的“匹配冲突”问题,提出了一种基于匹配度与置信度的冲突消解策略,并采用基于Petri网模型的最小割集求解法,解决了冲突消解策略中涉及的故障树最小割集的快速求解问题。为提高故障的快速响应能力,设计了基于GSM的故障远程报警系统,并实现了值班维护人员管理。基于C#和SQL Server数据库实现了设备维护管理及故障诊断专家系统。该系统不仅满足了物流设备周期性、非周期性维护管理的切实需求,而且能及时准确地分析诊断设备的各种异常状态与故障状态,并根据诊断结果提供辅助维修策略,从而提高故障维修效率。
[Abstract]:In view of the backward equipment management and low maintenance efficiency of tobacco automatic logistics system, the project of "equipment maintenance management and fault diagnosis system of tobacco logistics system" in Mianyang cigarette Factory, Combined with advanced equipment maintenance management concept and intelligent fault diagnosis technology, the design and implementation of equipment maintenance management and fault diagnosis system for tobacco product logistics system are studied. According to the structure of the tobacco product logistics system, the data acquisition system is constructed by using OPC technology, and the on-line real-time acquisition of the state information of the logistics equipment is realized. Referring to the "six fine" equipment management mode advocated by the tobacco industry, on the basis of summarizing the existing equipment management methods, the project and process of equipment maintenance management are optimized and improved, and the equipment maintenance management system is developed. Realized the tobacco finished product logistics system equipment maintenance management information, the standardization. Based on the technical advantages of fault tree analysis and rule reasoning, a fault diagnosis expert system is developed, and a conflict resolution strategy based on matching degree and confidence degree is proposed to solve the problem of "matching conflict" in the process of system diagnosis and reasoning. The minimum cut set solution method based on Petri net model is used to solve the problem of fast solution of the minimum cut set of the fault tree involved in the conflict resolution strategy. A remote fault alarm system based on GSM is designed in order to improve the ability of rapid fault response, and the management of maintenance personnel on duty is realized. The equipment maintenance management and fault diagnosis expert system is realized based on C # and SQL Server database. The system not only meets the practical demand of periodic and aperiodic maintenance and management of logistics equipment, but also can analyze all kinds of abnormal state and fault state of diagnostic equipment in time and accurately, and provide auxiliary maintenance strategy according to the diagnosis result.
