东方海外物流宁波分公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】：东方海外物流(中国)有限公司宁波分公司是东方海外集团下属专业提供物流服务的企业。自2008年以来,面对国际集装箱班轮公司业绩的全面下滑,作为全球二十大航运公司之一的东方海外集团高瞻远瞩地及时调整战略部署,在保持国际集装箱业务开展的同时,大力兴办并发展东方海外物流公司,同时其业务核心更着眼于经营国内第三方物流业务。作为船公司出身的一家物流企业,如何选择并执行适合其自身资源及业务特点的竞争战略是其在激烈的市场竞争中生存发展的关键之处。本文通过对东方海外物流宁波分公司目前的业务模式以及发展中存在的各种问题进行研究,结合第三方物流行业的发展状况,应用PEST、SWOT等分析方法,在迈克尔波特的竞争战略理论作为研究支撑的基础上,把东方海外物流宁波分公司所处的宏观、微观环境进行了细致的分析和研究,并对东方海外物流自身的优劣势以及机会和挑战进行了归纳和梳理。最后提出并阐述了东方海外物流宁波分公司的竞争战略目标以及战略实施保障。
[Abstract]:Ningbo Branch of OOCL (China) Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of OOCL Group specialized in providing logistics services. Since 2008, in the face of the overall decline in the performance of international container liner companies, OOCL, as one of the world's 20 largest shipping companies, has shown great foresight in adjusting its strategic deployment in a timely manner, while maintaining its international container business. To establish and develop OOCL, and its core business focus on domestic third-party logistics business. As a logistics company, how to choose and implement the competitive strategy suitable for its own resources and business characteristics is the key to its survival and development in the fierce market competition. In this paper, through the study of the current business model and various problems in the development of OOCL Ningbo Branch, combined with the development of the third party logistics industry, the author applies the analysis method such as PEST-SWOT, etc. On the basis of Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory, the macro and micro environment of Ningbo branch of OOCL logistics is analyzed and studied in detail. And the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of OOCL logistics itself are summarized and combed. Finally, the paper puts forward and expounds the competition strategy target and the strategy implementation guarantee of OOCL overseas Logistics Ningbo Branch.
