曲折前进模式下军事物资分组运输规划研究

【摘要】:战时军事运输需面临更多现实性因素,运输轨迹常常具备回退、迂回等曲折式前进特征,运输时间常常超出预期。在战时军事路径规划问题中,不仅仅要考虑路径前进能力,也需要考虑路径的回退、迂回能力,尤其是突发事件下的应变抗干扰能力。研究军事物资运输问题要与战时不确性因素相融合,制定满足时间期限、物资需求、又具备强可靠性的运输方案,具有更深刻的现实意义。本文主要研究战时军事运输行程时间不确定性问题,分析敌方袭击事件以及公路阻抗对运输方案的波动性干扰。分别建立了敌袭事件以及公路阻抗对路网可靠性的负作用模型。为了控制战时不确定性风险对于军事决策的影响,本文研究了军事物流分组运输对于不确定风险的规避作用,建立了代表运输风险大小的运量阻抗模型,并以运量阻抗最小为目标的设置了分组运输线性规划函数。在模型的求解阶段,使用K优路径算法以及加权迭代思想求解分组运输方案。本文模型将会计算出每一条运输路径所承担的建议运输任务量,进而为决策人员提供运输方案的推荐参考。最后本文在经典Nguyen Dupuis网络地形图做模型方法的验证工作,并设计实现了仿真工具。所做实验总体可以分为两部分,一是计算有关战时环境路网行程时间可靠性的相关数据;二是求解战时分组运输方案。通过仿真工具的实现与验证,本文所研究的模型与算法能够为用户提供决策能力,用户可以依据辅助决策建议综合多方面因素做出决策方案,所提供的运输方案合理有效。
[Abstract]:Military transportation in wartime has to face more realistic factors, and the transportation track often has the characteristics of retrogression and detour, and the transportation time often exceeds the expectation. In wartime military path planning, not only the ability of path forward, but also the ability of retrogression and detour should be considered, especially the ability of emergency and anti-jamming. To study the transportation of military materials should be combined with the factors of uncertainty in wartime, and it is of more profound practical significance to make a transportation plan that meets the time limit, material demand and has strong reliability. In this paper, the uncertainty of travel time of military transportation in wartime is studied, and the fluctuating interference of enemy attack and highway impedance on transportation scheme is analyzed. The negative impact models of enemy attack events and highway impedance on the reliability of road network are established respectively. In order to control the influence of uncertain risk on military decision-making in wartime, this paper studies the effect of military logistics grouping transportation on the avoidance of uncertain risk, and establishes a transport volume impedance model, which represents the size of transport risk. The linear programming function of packet transportation is set up in order to minimize the capacity impedance. In the stage of solving the model, the K-optimal path algorithm and the weighted iterative method are used to solve the packet transportation scheme. In this paper, the proposed transport task for each transport route will be calculated, which will provide a recommended reference for the decision makers. At last, this paper does the verification work on the classical Nguyen Dupuis network topographic map, and designs and implements the simulation tool. The experiment can be divided into two parts as a whole, one is to calculate the relative data about the travel time reliability of the environmental network in wartime, the other is to solve the packet transportation scheme in wartime. Through the implementation and verification of the simulation tool, the model and algorithm studied in this paper can provide the decision ability for the user, the user can make the decision plan according to the auxiliary decision suggestion synthesizing various factors, and the transportation scheme provided is reasonable and effective.
