中石油西北销售公司物流配送体系研究

【摘要】:在世界一体化趋势日趋明显的时代背景下,物流业迅速以其可观的利润迅速崛起。尤其是在信息时代下,供应链管理理念被植入了物流业的日常运营过程中。笔者就增强物流配送水平,打造供应链管理的新模式展开了相关的论述。本文的主要研究工作如下。论文首先对成品油物流配送相关的国内外文献做了研究,了解了物流以及配送相关的知识,再对中石油西北销售公司的物流配送现状进行了深入的分析。尤其是对公司的市场竞争环境和公司面临的威胁进行了一定了解,通过SWOT分析,分析了公司目前的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,给出了相关的建议,再对公司的物流配送体系进行了设计,对物流运输,物流配送,配送流程,路径选择以及油库选址进行了优化,并给出了实施保障措施。最后提出了展望。就目前的成品油配送管理水平而言,打造高质量的成品油物流机制是无法实现的。然而,在省级以下的销售单位里,物流诸环节的优化工作能够在具体的实践过程中得到不断的跟进。通过构筑完善的管理机制,注重相关专业人才的培养,才能够成为成品油物流配送质量的抓手,塑造出不同环节的优化点,增强其市场生存能力。本课题的主要研究成果,为中石油西北销售公司物流配送体系的优化提供了理论依据。同时,还指出了之后工作的重点所在。笔者所提出的建议在一定程度上为单位物流管理质量的优化带来了助益。而物流效益的增强,才能够实现为其带来过硬的生命力。这也就开创了石油销售的新模式。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the world integration trend becoming more and more obvious, the logistics industry rises rapidly with its considerable profit. Especially in the information age, the concept of supply chain management is embedded in the daily operation of the logistics industry. The author discusses how to strengthen the level of logistics distribution and create a new mode of supply chain management. The main work of this paper is as follows. Firstly, the paper makes a research on the domestic and foreign literature about product oil logistics distribution, and then analyzes the logistics distribution status of CNPC Northwest sales Company. In particular, we have a certain understanding of the market competition environment and the threats faced by the company. Through the SWOT analysis, we analyze the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the company, and give some relevant suggestions. Then the logistics distribution system of the company is designed, and the logistics transportation, logistics distribution, distribution process, path selection and location of oil depot are optimized. Finally, the prospect is put forward. At present, it is impossible to build a high-quality oil product logistics system. However, in the sales units below the provincial level, the optimization of logistics links can be continuously followed up in the specific practice process. By constructing a perfect management mechanism and paying attention to the cultivation of relevant professionals, we can become the grasp of the quality of product oil logistics and distribution, shape the optimization points of different links, and enhance its market viability. The main research results provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of the distribution system of CNPC Northwest sales Company. At the same time, it also points out the focus of the later work. The suggestions made by the author are helpful to optimize the quality of unit logistics management to a certain extent. But the logistics benefit enhancement, can realize for it brings the perfect vitality. This also opened up a new model of oil sales.
