临潼石榴深加工产业现状及问题对策研究

【摘要】：临潼石榴位居我国石榴之冠,以色泽艳丽、果大皮薄、汁多味甜、核软鲜美、籽肥渣少、品质优良而著称,2006年获国家地理标志保护产品认证。临潼从石榴产业入手,利用其资源优势,依托石榴原材料建设工厂企业,发展石榴深加工产业,开辟了一条以“石榴”为主题的发展道路。本文通过实地调研,剖析了临潼石榴深加工产业发展现状,探究了石榴深加工产业发展的优势、劣势以及所面临的机遇与挑战,根据分析结果提出解决问题的对策建议。1.石榴深加工产业已经成为临潼农村经济发展的主导产业。临潼石榴种植面积已超过8500hm2,年产量逾越10万t;石榴深加工产业已经具有一定规模,加工企业发展势头迅猛;石榴深加工主要产品有石榴酒、石榴汁、石榴果醋等。2.临潼石榴深加工产业发展在区位优势、资源优势和旅游优势的基础上,面临良好的宏观经济发展、巨大的市场需求和发达的交通物流等机遇,发展前景广阔。3.临潼石榴深加工链中存在栽培技术不规范,加工石榴品种结构不合理;龙头企业不突出,品牌和产品定位差;石榴加工技术水平和机械设备落后;产业链条较短等制约石榴深加工产业发展的问题。4.探究了临潼石榴深加工产业发展思路:提升石榴栽培技术水平,建设产业化基地,形成具有临潼特色的石榴深加工原材料标准化生产模式;改进石榴深加工技术,开发石榴果冻、石榴保健产品、石榴美容护肤产品等加工产品。将临潼石榴深加工产品从单一的商业产品转变为旅游文化代表产物,提升临潼石榴品牌认知度,注重电商销售环节;制定优惠政策,延长石榴产业链条等。
[Abstract]:Lintong pomegranate is the crown of pomegranate in our country. It is famous for its bright color, thin fruit skin, sweet juice, soft and delicious kernel, less seed residue and excellent quality. In 2006, Lintong garnet was certified as a national geographical indication protection product. Lintong starts from the pomegranate industry, utilizes its resources superiority, relies on the pomegranate raw material to build the factory enterprise, develops the pomegranate deep processing industry, has opened a development road which takes the "pomegranate" as the theme. Through field investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of pomegranate deep processing industry in Lintong, probes into the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by the development of pomegranate deep processing industry, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems according to the analysis results. Pomegranate deep processing industry has become the leading industry of Lintong rural economic development. The planting area of Lintong pomegranate has exceeded 8500hm2, and the annual output exceeds 100000 ts. the deep processing industry of pomegranate has already had a certain scale, and the processing enterprises are developing rapidly. The main products of pomegranate deep processing are pomegranate wine, pomegranate juice, pomegranate vinegar and so on. On the basis of location advantage, resource advantage and tourism advantage, Lintong pomegranate deep processing industry is faced with good macro-economic development, huge market demand and developed transportation logistics opportunities. In the deep processing chain of Lintong pomegranate, the cultivation technology is not standard, the structure of processed pomegranate varieties is unreasonable, the leading enterprise is not prominent, the brand and product positioning is poor, the level of processing technology and mechanical equipment of pomegranate is backward; The industry chain is short and so on restricts the pomegranate deep processing industry development question. 4. This paper probes into the development ideas of the deep processing industry of Lintong pomegranate, including raising the cultivation technology level of pomegranate, constructing the industrialization base, forming the standardized production mode of raw materials for the deep processing of pomegranate with Lintong characteristics, improving the deep processing technology of pomegranate, Development of pomegranate jelly, pomegranate health products, pomegranate beauty products and other processing products. The deep processing products of Lintong pomegranate will be transformed from a single commercial product to a representative product of tourism culture to promote the recognition of Lintong pomegranate brand, to pay attention to the chain of e-commerce sales, to formulate preferential policies and to extend the chain of pomegranate industry, etc.
