面向家电行业的闭环物流网络选址研究

【摘要】:经济的持续快速发展,给人类社会带来日益丰富的电器产品,家电产品更新换代的速度随着科技的进步而不断加快,政府对特定地区家电购买的补贴措施,更推动了家电产品的普及;与此同时,每年有大量废旧家电得不到有效回收处理,这不仅严重危害人类生活环境,也浪费了大量可重复利用的资源。随着国内外对废旧产品回收问题的研究不断深入,家电企业作为产品的直接供应者,也开始认识到进行废旧产品回收管理的重要性,把构建废旧品回收物流网络纳入长期发展规划,,主动承担更多回收责任。 基于上述背景,文章按照理论归纳、问题提出、模型分析及构建、总结与展望的研究路线,对家电企业构建闭环回收物流网络进行分析与设计。文章主要做了以下两方面的工作: (1)在分析现有文献的基础上,归纳了国内外学者针对废旧产品回收开展的研究,分为回收物流网络构建、选址模型、模型求解三个方面。通过对闭环物流理论和家电回收问题的分析可知,家电企业可根据自身规模和战略目标,选择自行构建回收物流网络、联合经营、委托第三方回收三种模式进行回收管理。 (2)文章考虑家电企业自行构建闭环物流网络进行废旧家电产品的回收,在总结参考了不同的选址模型后,构建了一个多目标多设施的选址模型,模型分步骤对各物流设施进行选址优化,依次是配送中心选址优化、回收中心选址优化、闭环物流网络选址优化。通过对比不同选址优化方法,文章选取智能启发式算法中的粒子群算法,对模型进行优化求解,在分步骤的求解过程中,结合外部罚函数法对约束条件进行合理化处理;在构建闭环物流网络的经济成本最小和顾客满意度最高的目标下,确定配送中心和回收中心的位置。 文章综合已有的研究成果,建立相应的模型,并验证了模型的有效性和可行性,具有一定的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of economy, the human society is increasingly rich in electrical products. The rate of upgrading household appliances products is accelerating with the progress of science and technology, and the government subsidies for the purchase of household appliances in specific regions. At the same time, a large number of waste household appliances can not be effectively recycled every year, which not only seriously harm the human living environment, but also waste a large number of reusable resources. As the domestic and foreign research on the recycling of waste products is deepening, household appliance enterprises, as direct suppliers of products, have also begun to realize the importance of recycling management of waste products. The construction of waste recycling logistics network into the long-term development plan, take the initiative to take more responsibility for recycling. Based on the above background, this paper analyzes and designs the closed-loop recycling logistics network of household appliance enterprises according to the theoretical induction, problem raising, model analysis and construction, summary and prospect of the research route. The article mainly does the following two aspects of work: 1) based on the analysis of the existing literature, this paper summarizes the research on recycling of waste and used products, which is divided into three aspects: the construction of recycling logistics network, the location model and the solution of the model. Through the analysis of the closed-loop logistics theory and the recovery of household appliances, it can be concluded that according to their own scale and strategic objectives, the household appliance enterprises can choose to build their own recycling logistics network, jointly operate, and entrust the third party recycling to carry out the recycling management. In this paper, a multi-objective and multi-facility location model is constructed after summarizing and referring to different location models, considering the closed-loop logistics network of household appliances enterprises to build a closed-loop logistics network for recycling used and used household appliances. The model is divided into three parts: distribution center location optimization, recovery center location optimization and closed-loop logistics network location optimization. By comparing different location optimization methods, this paper selects the particle swarm optimization algorithm in the intelligent heuristic algorithm, and optimizes the model. In the process of solving the model step by step, the constraint condition is rationalized with the external penalty function method. Under the goal of minimum economic cost and highest customer satisfaction of the closed-loop logistics network, the location of distribution center and recovery center is determined. This paper synthesizes the existing research results, establishes the corresponding model, and verifies the validity and feasibility of the model, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
