【摘要】：生产计划活动作为销售、采购和生产的纽带,已经成为企业经营活动中不可或缺的重要环节。在企业经营过程中,生产计划一直围绕着致力于提高客户满意度,提高库存周转率和提高企业的竞争力,降低供应链运营成本等方面展开活动。随着市场竞争越来越激烈,技术上的差异也越来越小,无差别化的竞争使同类型的企业间的竞争越来越转向企业内部运营管理上的差异化的竞争模式。在这样的背景下,企业计划流程的改进优化也成为各企业在运营管理上探索的重要问题。企业资源计划是一种基于信息化支持基础上的系统化的管理思想。不仅给企业带来了先进的管理思想,而且给企业提供了信息集成化的解决方案。而主生产计划在ERP系统中占有举足轻重的重要地位,不管是在传统制造业,还是在如今信息技术支持下的先进制造业,始终都是企业资源管理中的重要组成部分,在整个企业运营管理中占有不可或缺的重要地位。首先,本文将通用医疗公司作为研究对象。借助系统化的ERP的生产计划体系,结合面向订单装配(ATO)类型企业的生产特点,指出了优化主生产计划的必要性。通过分析通用医疗公司的主生产流程以及ERP软件ORACLE在主生产计划中的使用情况,总结出了主生产计划在企业运营管理中和ORACLE软件设计开发中存在的问题。本文深入研究了ATO生产模式下供需平衡策略对企业主生产计划管理体系的影响,设计了ATO生产模式下主生产计划管理系统新的业务流程。并在此基础上提出了优化方案的原则和具体目标。其次,本文分析公司主生产计划中所存在的主要问题。首先,通过对ERP管理思想的研究,结合销售与运作规划在ATO生产模式下需求相应的特点。提出了ATO生产模式下重塑企业的销售与运作的流程,更好的从源头上改善生产计划流程。其次,借鉴ERP中物料需求计划MRP的主要思想,利用安全库存并结合ATO生产模式的特点,提高通用医疗零部件生产效率,降低物流成本,优化库存结构。着重对物料需求计划和安全库存进行深入研究,设计出满足ATO生产模式下主生产计划配套的物料需求计划。最后,深入研究了ATO生产模式下借助ORACLE软件来编制主生产计划,验证粗能力计划以及合理调配最终装配的日计划。主要包括如何均衡主生产计划,如何构建粗能力计划所需的能力清单已经如何利用精益生产和价值流程图的理念来优化最终装配计划中的生产模式和排产顺序。最后,本文所提出的优化政策能够在公司内部和相关的外部方有效的执行,本文通过流程实施过程监控,组织制度保障和人力资源的保障来保证上述优化方案的实施。同时也希望通过本文的研究,可以给类似企业带去一些借鉴和启发。
[Abstract]:Production planning, as the link of sales, procurement and production, has become an indispensable link in business activities. In the process of enterprise management, production planning has been focusing on improving customer satisfaction, improving inventory turnover, improving the competitiveness of enterprises, and reducing supply chain operating costs. With the market competition becoming more and more fierce, the technical differences are becoming smaller and smaller. The competition between the same types of enterprises is becoming more and more different competition mode of internal operation management. In this context, the improvement and optimization of enterprise planning process has become an important issue in the operation management. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a systematic management idea based on information support. It not only brings the advanced management thought to the enterprise, but also provides the information integration solution to the enterprise. The master production plan plays an important role in the ERP system. Whether in the traditional manufacturing industry or the advanced manufacturing industry supported by information technology, it is always an important part of enterprise resource management. In the whole enterprise operation management occupies the indispensable important position. First of all, this paper takes General Medical Company as the research object. With the help of the systematic production planning system of ERP and the production characteristics of the order-oriented assembly plant, the necessity of optimizing the master production plan is pointed out. By analyzing the main production process of General Medical Company and the application of ERP software ORACLE in master production plan, the problems of master production plan in enterprise operation management and ORACLE software design and development are summarized. In this paper, the influence of supply and demand balance strategy on enterprise owner production planning management system under ATO production mode is deeply studied, and a new business process of master production plan management system under ATO production mode is designed. On this basis, the principles and specific objectives of the optimization scheme are put forward. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the main production plan of the company. First of all, through the research of ERP management thought, combined with the characteristics of sales and operation planning in ATO production mode. This paper puts forward the process of remolding the sales and operation of the enterprise under the ATO production mode, and improves the production planning process from the source. Secondly, referring to the main idea of MRP in ERP, using the safe inventory and the characteristics of ATO production mode, it can improve the production efficiency of general medical parts, reduce the logistics cost and optimize the inventory structure. The material requirement plan and safety inventory are studied deeply, and the material requirement plan is designed to meet the main production plan in ATO production mode. Finally, the main production plan is compiled with the help of ORACLE software under the ATO production mode, and the coarse capacity plan is verified and the daily plan of the final assembly is reasonably deployed. It mainly includes how to balance the master production plan and how to construct the capacity list of rough capacity plan how to optimize the production mode and production scheduling in the final assembly plan by using the idea of lean production and value flow chart. Finally, the optimization policy proposed in this paper can be effectively implemented within the company and related external parties. This paper ensures the implementation of the above optimization plan through process implementation process monitoring, organizational system guarantee and human resources guarantee. At the same time, I also hope that through the study of this paper, we can bring some reference and inspiration to similar enterprises.
