黑龙江垦区化肥物流服务模式优化研究

【摘要】:黑龙江垦区作为我国最为重要的商品粮基地,肩负着保障我国粮食安全和粮食储备之重任。2012年,黑龙江垦区播种总面积为287.0592万公顷,化肥施用量达到117.5372万吨,并呈逐年增长态势。随着化肥需求量的不断增加,垦区化肥物流服务压力也逐渐增大,为了提高化肥物流服务水平,,降低物流成本,满足农民物流服务需求,实现农民增产增收,及时找到适合垦区的化肥物流服务模式已成为垦区农业生产亟待解决的问题。本研究首先对黑龙江垦区化肥物流服务现状进行调查和分析,认为垦区现有三种化肥物流服务模式,包括:供应商直送+垦区自建物流企业服务模式、供应商直送+经销商配送模式和第三方物流服务模式。然后,通过分析三种物流模式,以满足黑龙江垦区农户化肥物流需求为标准,构建垦区化肥物流服务评价指标体系;最后,运用综合评分法对垦区现有三种化肥物流服务模式进行科学评价和进一步优化。结果表明评分较高的是供应商直送+垦区自建物流服务模式。尽管供应商直送+垦区自建物流服务模式评分较高,但是农户对化肥物流服务需求的层次各不相同,其他两种化肥物流服务模式也有其存在的合理性。据此在垦区三种化肥物流服务模式评分结果的基础上,提出三种化肥物流服务模式进一步优化的对策,从而合理配置垦区现有物流服务资源,提高垦区化肥物流服务的质量,降低化肥物流服务的成本,更好的满足农民需求。
[Abstract]:As the most important commodity grain base in China, Heilongjiang Reclamation region shoulders the important task of ensuring China's food security and grain reserves. In 2012, the total planting area of Heilongjiang Reclamation area was 2.870592 million hectares, and the amount of fertilizer used reached 1.175372 million tons. And presents the growth trend year by year. With the increasing demand for chemical fertilizer, the pressure of fertilizer logistics service in reclamation area increases gradually. In order to improve the level of fertilizer logistics service, reduce the logistics cost, meet the demand of farmers' logistics service, and realize the increase of farmers' income, It has become an urgent problem to solve the problem of agricultural production in reclamation area to find the logistics service mode of chemical fertilizer in time. Firstly, the present situation of chemical fertilizer logistics service in Heilongjiang Reclamation area is investigated and analyzed. It is concluded that there are three kinds of chemical fertilizer logistics service modes in the reclamation area, including: the service mode of self-built logistics enterprises sent directly to the reclamation area by suppliers. Supplier direct delivery distributor distribution model and third party logistics service mode. Then, through the analysis of three logistics models to meet the requirements of chemical fertilizer logistics in Heilongjiang reclamation area, the evaluation index system of chemical fertilizer logistics service in reclamation area is constructed. The scientific evaluation and further optimization of three kinds of fertilizer logistics service modes in reclamation area were carried out by using comprehensive scoring method. The result shows that the higher grade is the self-built logistics service mode of supplier-directed reclamation area. Although the scale of self-built logistics service model is higher, the level of farmers' demand for chemical fertilizer logistics service is different, and the other two kinds of fertilizer logistics service mode also have their own rationality. On the basis of the result of three fertilizer logistics service modes in reclamation area, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the three fertilizer logistics service modes, so as to reasonably allocate the existing logistics service resources and improve the quality of fertilizer logistics service in reclamation area. Reduce the cost of fertilizer logistics services, better meet the needs of farmers.
