【摘要】：随着世界经济的快速发展和现代科学技术的进步,各国之间的贸易交流变得更加频繁和快捷,与此同时也带动了物流产业在中国的蓬勃发展。货运代理企业做为现代流行业中的第三方物流,近几年来也以每年30%的速度在迅速增长。尽管我国物流货运代理企业发展如此迅速,但我国的货运代理企业目前还是处于起步阶段,整个行业处于“量多质量差”的现状,与国际上先进的货运代理企业相比,仍旧存在着较大的差距,多数缺乏核心竞争力,其专业化、网络化、规模化成度不高,服务精细化成度也不够高,服务质量普遍比较低下,同时工作效率也比较低,办公自动化水平不高,无论是企业内部电子信息化系统设计和是与外部委托人及关联公司之间的系统化交流方面更是有待提高,整个行业依然处于比较原始的纸质化办公和签收、传递状态,电子信息化系统自动数据储存、自动传递、数据自动抓取和利用分析方面更是比较滞后,其在一定程度上制约了整个货运代理行业的快速发展和提高。本文结合有关现代物流学管理理论与货代企业工作中的具体实际操作内容,以D货代企业为例,从D货代企业实际操作和内外部信息化需求两方面对D货代企业的电子信息化系统设计和开发应用进行了研究。首先,查阅了国内外相关的文献资料,对国内外货运代理企业发展现状进行了解和分析。其次,对如今信息化高度发展和应用的大环境进行调研,探讨了通过电子信息化系统设计可以提高D货代企业业务操作水平和办公效率。最后结合D货代企业业务具体工作内容和工作流程,对D货代企业电子信息化系统设计进行了深入的分析,并在此分析基础上,制定了相应的电子信息化系统方案设计,并通过该方案的实施使用来提高D货代企业的整体工作效率和国内外市场竞争力,在取得市场和客户认可的同时从而实现供需双方的互赢。本文对D货代企业的电子信息化系统设计进行了一定程度的探索,希望能为未来的学术研究和实践操作提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy and the progress of modern science and technology, the exchange of trade between countries becomes more frequent and faster, at the same time, it also drives the rapid development of logistics industry in China. Freight forwarder, as the third party logistics in modern flow industry, has been growing at a rate of 30% per year in recent years. Despite the rapid development of freight forwarding enterprises in China, the freight forwarders in our country are still in their infancy. The whole industry is in the current situation of "quantity, many quality is poor", compared with the international advanced freight forwarder enterprises. There is still a big gap, most lack of core competitiveness, its specialization, networking, scale is not high, service refinement is not high enough, service quality is generally low, at the same time, work efficiency is also relatively low, The level of office automation is not high, whether it is the design of electronic information system within the enterprise and the systematic communication with external clients and affiliated companies. The whole industry is still in the relatively primitive paper-based office and signature, transfer state, electronic information system automatic data storage, automatic transmission, automatic data capture and utilization analysis is lagging behind. To a certain extent, it restricts the rapid development and improvement of the whole freight forwarding industry. Based on the theory of modern logistics management and the practical operation of freight forwarding enterprises, this paper takes D freight forwarding enterprises as an example. This paper studies the design, development and application of electronic information system in D freight forwarding enterprises from the aspects of actual operation and internal and external information requirements. First of all, the domestic and foreign related literature, domestic and foreign freight forwarders development status is understood and analyzed. Secondly, through the investigation of the environment of high development and application of information technology, the paper discusses that the design of electronic information system can improve the operation level and office efficiency of D freight forwarding enterprises. Finally, combined with the specific work content and work flow of D freight forwarding enterprise, the electronic information system design of D freight forwarding enterprise is deeply analyzed, and on the basis of this analysis, the corresponding electronic information system scheme design is worked out. Through the implementation and use of the program to improve the overall efficiency of D freight forwarding enterprises and the competitiveness of the domestic and foreign market, in order to obtain market and customer approval at the same time, so as to achieve a win-win situation between supply and demand. This paper explores the design of electronic information system in D freight forwarding enterprises, hoping to provide reference for future academic research and practical operation.
