我国铁路商品汽车载体城市物流基地选址方案研究

【摘要】:在国家推进供给侧结构性改革和公路严格治超的新形势下,为满足商品汽车物流发展需求,发挥铁路在社会物流体系中的骨干作用,推动铁路物流快速发展,亟需对我国铁路商品汽车物流基地布局规划问题展开研究。从市场需求、交通衔接、政策支撑方面构建铁路商品汽车载体城市选择评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价法完成对铁路商品车载体城市物流基地选择,并在此基础上结合我国汽车主机厂分布及既有铁路货场条件确定了由108个物流基地构成的布局规划方案。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of promoting supply-side structural reform on the supply side of the country and strict control of highway excesses, in order to meet the demand for the development of commodity automobile logistics, to give play to the backbone role of railways in the social logistics system, and to promote the rapid development of railway logistics, It is urgent to study the layout planning of railway commercial automobile logistics base in China. From the aspects of market demand, transportation connection and policy support, the evaluation index system of railway commodity vehicle carrier city selection is constructed, and the selection of railway commodity vehicle carrier city logistics base is completed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On the basis of this, the layout plan composed of 108 logistics bases is determined according to the distribution of automobile main engine factory and the condition of existing railway freight yard in China.
